I highly recommend Dr. Baruch. He was able to diagnose and provide medications that helped me within one week. His office staff is fantastic as well.

I am so glad I found Dr. Baruch. I'm bipolar. He takes time (more then just the visit time) to help me. He confirm his works and verifiy his decision right in front of you. He treats my like an individual. If your going to some king of clinic stop, go see the Doc. I have been seeing him for 4 years and my mental health has been stable since I started with the Doc.

Dr. Baruch is awesome, he's extremely knowledgeable and kind and takes time to listen. He picks up easily on nonverbal cues to how you're feeling which makes communication a lot easier! He is the only physician I've seen in the field that is willing to work collaboratively with another psych provider - he never tries to take over or change any other treatments from other providers. That is huge for me and was always a top concern when I was looking for a doctor. His staff Cheryl & Michelle are great! Never judgemental and always personable, friendly and willing to work with you & your schedule. I was at rock bottom in 2016, I had drained nearly my entire account & had no idea what to do or where to go. I remembered a friend of mine had told me about Dr Baruch at PASSNJ so I called, they fit me right in right away. He helped me immensely, even had some copay cards that made my first 2 prescriptions free. He helped me stabilize quickly and within the same year I was able to replenish my bank accounts and even moved out to a new place. If you're looking for a good psychiatrist, they will likely be self pay. Its the nature of the business. Dr Baruch has reasonable charges though, always consistent, no surprise bills ever. His fee, despite being a subspecialist, is LESS THAN HALF of what most hospital-affiliated PRIMARY CARE practices charge! And if you have "out of network" insurance coverage, they can give you an itemized receipt you can send your insurer for reimbursement. Dr Baruch is such a good doctor that despite having access to a major health system's psychiatrists & addiction medicine specialists for free through work, I gladly and willingly self-pay to see Dr. Baruch -- he is that good! Last thing, he recently sold the office on East gate drive in Mt Laurel, & now is located in Marlton at 2002 Lincoln Dr. West, Suite A. (Behind rt 73, near the dunkin donuts & naf naf grill). The # is the same though. And the new office is gorgeous and comfortable! If you feel stuck just give them a call you will not regret it.

I have been seeing Dr. Baruch for a few years. He is an outstanding Psychiatrist. He is professional, personable, and humorous which is important to me. He makes me feel comfortable but also isn't afraid to ask tough questions when needed, which is essential to getting to the heart of the matter.

The staff is also excellent. They are efficient and friendly. If anyone is looking for a Psychiatrist, I strongly recommend Dr. Baruch.

Dr. Baruch was neither compassionate nor helpful. In the end, my neurologist knew more about the various treatment forms available to me than did Dr. Baruch. Not a good listener and quite condescending.

I am Bipolar. I started seeing Dr. Baruch about two years ago. At that time I was on at least 7 medications. Instead of just piling on the meds, he reduced the amount of meds I have to take down to four. He did this buy removing overlapping medication while upping the dose on the others. I feel better than i have in a very long time. He is very, very good.

He is an excellent psychiatrist. He took the time to listen to me for over an hour on the first meeting. He was empathetic and efficient. His treatment, diagnoses, and follow ups have been great. I highly recommend Dr. Baruch.

Dr. Baruch is FANTASTIC! I have struggled with OCD, bipolar disorder, and depression/anxiety for many years and seen several different doctors to treat this issue with no success. However, after a few months of seeing Dr. Baruch my symptoms improved! As a new patient, I was able to get an appointment within just a few days. He really takes his time and actually listens to his patients. I was a little hesitant at first to make an appointment because he does not accept insurance, but I'm glad I decided to become a patient. Being a "self pay" patient is definitely worth it at this practice. His office staff is always kind and nice to associate with. I highly recommend Dr. Baruch!

Dr. Baruch is a diamond in the rough when it comes to psychiatrists. I've dealt with multiple psychiatrists in my life for both me and my kids and Dr. Ed is the only one who's ever been able to help. He lets you talk. You can joke with him. If you don't like a sharp shooter, then he won't be for you but, TRUST me... you want him to be your doctor! I had to leave his practice because of price for a while but he welcomed me back with no issues when things started up again with me. I was able to get in the SAME DAY that I called after a full year away. Even during COVID, they still see patients IN PERSON and take every precaution to make sure everyone is safe. VERY CLEAN!
