My boys have seen Dr Thole for five years now and we have not had any issues. Medications are not prescribed like candy and I really feel that we are partners in my sons health.

Very unpleasant experience with the staff and physician.

If you care about your children, run don't walk away from this horrible office. The staff is rude, nasty and has a blatant disregard for parent's and children alike. Dr. Thole's wife is her office manager and her name is Jennifer. This woman is outrageous! I have never in my life been spoken to the way this woman has spoken to me. Dr. Thole does not return phone calls, refuses to verify treatment with my children's school and frankly walks around that place like she's Mehmet Oz! I was recently having a conversation with a physician in my town and he asked who our pediatrician was. When I told him Heather Thole his response was "She's a nut. Find someone else." I gladly took his advice and couldn't be more pleased.

I have never in my entire life experienced such nastiness and blatant disrespect from a pediatrician's office as I have experienced today. My ONE YEAR OLD daughter was sick today and your receptionist was just outright nasty and mean, and refused to see my daughter because there was a "$70 balance" on my account from yesterday. I called my insurance company and they said it should only be $20 and all they had to do was call in the insurance to verify the account, but she refused to call the insurance company and said no, we'll just refund you the money afterwards. How about parents that do not have that type of money? Will they just be turned away because you are too lazy to do your job and call the insurance company? I have never ever dealt with anything like this in my entire life! You deal with children on a daily basis and this is the way you behave? She has a bad attitude all the time, never smiles and has a face like the world stinks. The world does not stink - your attitude is what stinks.

PARENTS BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE. Doctors are very nice but their support staff is horrendous. I am shocked they have any patients left with the ray of sunshine sitting at the front desk.

I have been with this practice since 2010. Loved it at first,however it's gone downhill since. Different nurse practicioners everytime. Quoted one price then got a bill for different price. No return phone calls. Not happy. Hopefully you have a different experience.

Dr. Thole has been my kids' doctor for over 6 years and I HIGHLY reccomend her office to everyone I speak to. From the young lady who answers the phone to the young lady that does the insurance claims they have been nothing short of awesome to our family. They provide immediate appointments for my sick kids and always get us in without a problem. The doctor even called me, to check on my son after he had been admitted to the hospital, after I called her on the weekend looking for advice.

Dr. Thole is the most thorough doctor I have ever encountered. She is amazing with my daughter and takes plenty of time to be sure we are addressing all questions and concerns.

Dr Thole is incredible with my daughter. We found Dr Thole when she was with another practice, and when she left we sought her out again.

Dr. Thole spends a lot of time listening and offering advice and tips to my husband and I. She is very good with our two kids and really cares. She came highly reccomended to us from many people and we are so glad we have her.
