Dr. Frank did three ACL reconstructions on me and I can't thank him enough for his great work. Also, loved Jaymie his assistant, she was awesome. Offered to hold my hand while Dr. Frank drained my knee, super sweet girl. Would recommend there office to anyone with major knee issues.

Dr. Frank and staff,especially Jaymie, are very professional and skilled clinicians. I had a right shoulder torn rotator cuff, ligaments and biceps repair. The shoulder was worse than the MRI indicated. Their skill and expertise with my surgery was exemplary and my outcome was very positive. They are also very compassionate professionals. The office staff was always very professional and friendly. I rank this practice excellent!

Everything about Dr Frank and his staff, in particular Jaymie has been fantastic for me. He did surgery on my knee and has been very helpful in on going health issues with my arthritis in my knees. They are so kind and caring and most of all they know how to treat the problem as well as how to treat a person. Professional and compassionate can sum it up!!! Great service.

I've had five surgeries performed or coordinated by Dr. Frank, most recently a right rotator cuff repair. Dr. Frank has impressed me throughout as very bright, knowledgeable and skilled. He was forthcoming about the likely results of my surgeries and did not promise perfection with the results, but a realistic assessment of the probable outcomes. I have been very satisfied with the results. He also answered all of my questions and provided very understandable explanations. Dr. Frank's support staff are equally accomplished and very friendly and accessible for any questions or concerns I have had.

He diagnosed me with rotator cuff tendonitist although little proof of that and although antibiotics had relieved all swelling and pain as well as restored most mobility to my arm. Doctor stated that was "incidental" and there had been no infection in my arm. (contrary to another doctors' diagnosis) He offered a series of steroid shots and physical therapy, which I turned down. I think he may be a decent doctor, but clearly looks to scope of his expertise only / billable services his office can provide. The arm continues rapid improvement with antibiotics. He is probably great with surgery and seems like a competent doctor, although no help to me. Staff was nice.

This is my second knee surgery from Dr.Frank and just like the first one he did an outstanding job. Any question I had he answered it and explained everything in terms I can understand. He and his staff don't come off snooty and think they are better than others. Great Doctor!!!!

Dr Frank did three surgeries on my sons knees, due to injury from wrestling. He was always attentive, informative, and always made room for us in his busy schedule. Jamie is an awesome asset and ALWAYS returned our calls promptly. I have recommended Dr Frank to friends and family. Satellite offices were quicker to get into, Allegheny office much busier.

Dr Frank and his staff are great. They are very friendly and easy to talk to. Dr. Frank is very friendly himself and I found it easy to relate with him. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I probably spent 15 minutes asking him about my surgery and he spelled it all out for me. His assistant Jamie is very friendly and every time I called her she had an answer for me and was/is very helpful.
