Very disappointed. I am not sure if you ever want to see a doctor who is late on appointment 1hr and no apologies. The staff (Very Rude and uncooperative).I felt that they are least bothered. Finish and run off to the next patient. I had to wait 35 min after the doctor left to get the shots done. I had to ask 3 times to give me the immunization chart. Oh GOD the worst experience of my life with a Doc and their staff. About Dr Singh, she checked my son as if she had to finish something in hurry. She even did not seem interested in answering any question. I had previous experience with doctors like Dr Sally Sinha(Palo Alto, Fremont CA) where she explained to me what to expect and what not to expect at this age and gave enough details about everything. Dr Singh, did not give me answer about the roughness of the skin that was on my son's ankle due to crawling. She told me why it happened ( Hello, we also know about it ), but did not tell us the cure of it.
