I have a great deal of confidence in Dr. Knopp, the front office staff however is another story. They can be short tempered and rude if you dare to question them on anything! I also know that appts. are double booked and even triple booked (I've seen the paperwork when the front office staff left a sign in sheet sitting out) Great Doctor, hate the wait time, I've often had to sit in a waiting room for 2 hours or more. My time happens to be important too.

My family and I have seen Dr. Knopp many times. He is very good in all respects. Sometimes you have to wait a long time, but I think he does not rush a given patient just to stay on schedule.

My family and I had been patients with this doctor for over 5 years but stopped going due to his chronic lateness. Why bother making appointments when the doctor will see you 3 hours after your scheduled appointment time? Very knowledgeable physician but the wait to be seen is not worth it. Doctors need to know they are a business and consumers can take their business elsewhere

I've known and have been coming to see Dr. Knopp for about 20 years. He is by far one of the best family MD's in west Houston and the time he spends with you is worth the somewhat long wait in the waiting room. I was quite ill 2 years ago and when he came to see me in the hospital he spent over an hour with me, over an hour-I think that says it all. I'm lucky to have him.

He is one of the best doctors around! His office is always busy because he is JUST THAT GREAT! He listens, doesn't believe in shots, and treats people very well. His office staff is amazing, too. But please don't go to them with an ear problem - they will use a waterpik almost blindly. It hurts, and sometimes, it worsens the problem.
