Dr. Jones is a wonderful doctor! My youngest has been in PICU for asthma and not knowing if it was a virus that caused it so he always treats her progressively! He calls to check up to make sure she is feeling better! She loves him and doesn't want to see anyone else when she has to be seen!

Dr. Jones is an excellent doctor he always takes his time and never makes us feel like he's rushing to get to his next patient. We've been going to him for almost 9 yrs. and have never had any problems!! Would totally 100% recommend Dr. Jones to any new parents looking for a pediatrician.

Dr. Eric is wonderful! My son sees his wife but Dr. Eric has also treated him on several occasions. He is always so kind and helpful. Dr. Eric recently met us in the office on Sunday. I love the whole office. They helped us through a very rough fall season with Daycare. I recommend them to everyone!

He is wonderful! He is very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. My son loves him. Any time my son has been to see him when he's sick, he always treats him great. He has even made a follow-up call to my house to check and see if he was doing any better. I've never met a pediatrician quite like him. All of the doctors at South Charleston Pediatrics are wonderful. I've met all of them when my son was hospitalize at 2 months old for viral menegitis. Each one came to check on him while we were there. The office staff is always kind and courteous. Dr. Jones will go out of his way to make sure your child has the best available care. When my son had a fever one time I called the office after hours. Dr. Jones told me what to do and said that if I needed he would meet us at his office on the following morning- which was on a Saturday, to examin my son to make sure it wasn't anything serious. I can't say any other doctor would do that!

Dr. Jones is extremely patient and understanding of his patients. He is knowledgable of symptoms and solutions, and will check back with you regarding your child. There are times when some staff members are not very friendly, but you probably have that anywhere.
