I found her to be very rude and abrupt was scheduled to see someome else and got her,no people skills for me.

Dr. Lenkov has been my physician at the Breast Centre at WCH for the last few years. Dr. Lenkov is the most wonderful doctor-I feel blessed to be under her care. I have a family history of breast cancer and Dr. Lenkov responded to all my concerns in a caring and professional manner, monitoring me closely. I've had a number of cysts which Dr. Lenkov removed easily and painlessly (other doctors had to send me for guided ultrasounds or made me feel like a pincushion prior to being in Dr. Lenkov's care). In October 2012, I was diagnosed with breast cancer-Dr. Lenkov and her nurse Helen made this as stress-free as possible, spending a very long time just sitting with me so I could abosrb the news, discussing treatment options with me, answering every question that day and after (surgery and radiation went well). I highly recommend Dr. Lenkov.

I found this doctor very unpleasant, I would never go again to her again. I feel stressed out just at the thought of that experience. Was also arrogant, too self-confident and narrow-minded at the same time. Frankly, I expected a way too more from this doctor, but got badly disappointed.

I was a patient of Dr. Lenkov's a few years back while at U of T. She is absolutely the best doctor I've ever had. She goes above and beyond to ensure your concerns are addressed, and as a previous commenter said, does not hesitate to refer you to a specialist if needed. She is very caring, and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Sometimes I consider going back to U of T to do a PhD just so that I can go back to Dr. Lenkov. If you are a female student at U of T, I cannot recommend Dr. Lenkov enough.

Dr. Lenkov is very caring and knowledgeable. I always book my appointments with her at the university. She is simply one of the best physicians I have seen. Thank you Doctor Lenkov!

It is over three years now that I am her patient. Dr. Lenkov is the best doctor I have ever seen. She is smart, knowledgeable, and very responsible as a doctor. She listens well, asks any question that may help her understand my condition better, explains me what she gets from my description and what she thinks, and makes sure that I am comfortable with her diagnosis/suggestions. She always takes my concerns seriously, and at the same time when she thinks it is not necessary she explains me why she avoids recommending a prescription or a test. She is also comfortable with referring me to specialists whenever I need, and she has good criteria to select specialists. She is usually punctual too, but it has happened a few times for me to be waited for 30-45 minutes. But I think the quality of her service is totally worth it, and usually the delay is because of the good amount of time that she spends on the patients, that is a good sign to me. :-)

I am surprised to read so many flattering reviews about this doctor because I had an extremely unpleasant experience with her. She interpreted all my questions as an affront to her competence and interrupted me constantly. She then proceeded to suggest that it was my fault that she ordered a test that, in her opinion, was unnecessary. I went to her office with a genuine concern about my health and she responded to my concerns in an argumentative and disparaging manner. I was quite upset by this experience and certainly will never go to Dr. Lenkov again for medical advice.

Dr. Lenkov was very helpful. She listened to all of my questions and descriptions very closely and gave me a detailed explanation of the diagnosis. She also was very willing to answer all of my questions. Her bedside manner was great--she was very kind and friendly.

Dr. Lenkov is always pleasant, happy and bubbly! MORE IMPORTANTLY... She is thorough, responsice and very good at explaining things in full detail. She's helpful and very resourceful. I fully trust her opinion and direction. This is someone that takes their job seriously with an added touch of humbleness and care!
