Total waste of time and money. How is this guy a doctor?????

I started seeing Dr Whyte in 2013. I had a spinal stimulator place in 2014. The charger for the stimulator quit working so I called to get a new one. Dr White treated me did my trial stimulator and did all my follow-ups. When I called his office they said they wouldn't sign the paperwork until I made an appointment which I did. I asked if they could sign it sooner so we could get it through. They said no so I asked to speak to him. They wouldn't let me so I called my PCP and got them involved They were told that Dr Whyte would no longer see me as a patient and that he would not sign any paperwork. His office staff is rude They changed systems and sometime before 2018 and seems to me they've lost all my records because they said I became a new patient in 2018 which is incorrect. This office is ridiculous and Dr Whyte doesn't seem to care

I had jaw surgery so I went to my pain mgt appointment for jaw pain (6 Aug). I saw the nurse who told me that they did not treat jaw pain. She told me that they treat only back and neck pain. I said are you sure? So she went to Dr White to ask him. She came back and said that they did not treat jaw pain. I left. I was not seen by Dr White at all. I complained to my PCM about the treatment that I received. He called Dr White. Dr White said that they do treat jaw pain. Dr White told my PCM that I was only looking for pain pills. Dr White is ignorant of the facts. Absolutely absurd statement to make about me especially since we have never talked or met. If it is the case that they do treat jaw pain then why was I turned away from treatment? Very poor service. I will not go back again. Horrible nurse who just doesn't know what she is doing. Wasted my time seeing him and the 40 pages of information that I had to fill out.

Does not inform you of everything to bring and when you don't have something it is your fault. Terrible experience.

Does not call you back At least twice I have left messages needing to talk to MD or at least the nurse and the callback was never the same day and rarely the 2nd day ! Very bad service. But I loved his explanations and teaching style I like him just not callback service

This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. He was extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional. He actually yelled at me because I had gotten a second opinion and didn't get the injections he had told me that I needed. When I got upset he told me that I had to get my help for my "anxiety issues" and said he would not treat me. He then just walked out of the room. I believe he has serious mental problems. Stay far away from this guy!

I had two physicians attempt to diagnose my problem with multiple test which i refused and then told me i needed a steriod injection that they would be happy to perform. I decided to see this Dr. and he diagnosed my problem in a matter of minutes and told me injecting the issue with steriods was the old way of treating this problem which causes long term problems but the Physical Therapist had two interventions that were effective. I'm having those treatments and my problem is resolving with painful steriod injections. I think Dr. Whyte was more concerned about helping me than billing my insurance for a procedure. Great job! I would recommend him to anyone. Also, staff were very kind and attentive.

Went in for nerve block injections, severe pain after 30 hours, called in the next day to report as directed if problems. The guy blew me off and dropped me for following his directions. Never go here, he seems great during the initial eval, but if things turn south he will bail on you so fast it will make your head spin.

Super doctor, great staff! Dr. Whyte really cared about my problem and helping me to get out of pain! He was very knowledgeable and explained things to me! Would definately recommend him to anyone!!
