I have gone into very miserable "withdrawal" this week as Dr. Meir and her staff refused to refill my ongoing prescription of 20+ years because she had not seen my face in 5 months! As result I developed vertigo, shaking, inability to read or drive. Her staff are as rude as she is, completely unwilling to escalate the refill of this prescription for me until I saw her in person! Meanwhile, I have suffered through this all week.

Dr. Meir has consistently been very late to her video appts with me for the past 3 years. Generally I wait close to an hour past may appt time for her, today the wait time was 2 hours with no messages to me as to why, her staff would not answer my phone calls, nor return my messages.
She is without a doubt one of the rudest persons I've met in my life. She has zero concern for me a her patient, she does not greet me when my appt begins, does not ask me how I am doing etc, she just starts by reading my lab results.
If you prefer a kind, humble understanding Dr. , with basic human decency you are well advised to flea from Dr. Meir and her incompetent staff!

Trying to get any response from this doctor has been a nightmare. When my mother was having horrible experiences with COVID and we were desperately seeking care and advice Dr. Katja Meier NEVER responded. We were forced to go to the emergency room for care when it was something a primary doctor should have been able to handle. One week ago we were told that my mom’s name was next in line to get a call from the doctor, and we STILL have not heard a single thing (and this was after already calling her office for 2 days). I would never recommend this doctor to care for anyone that I love. If you want basic human decency, let alone quality care and treatment, please seek ANY other doctor.

I am grateful for Dr. Meier's compassionate and thorough care. I appreciated her no-nonsense way of addressing the self-efficacy I must take in being the master of my own health. Many physicians I have seen for my condition kid-glove me, and I think it is simply because they are afraid to be empowering but instead passive and agreeable. With all these social media outlets going on where people can bash physicians, I can tell you that yes, she is not a pushover and doesn't take pity when it really is unnecessary, if not detrimental; I can speak by experience with her. Confronting how I have made choices to create my own health condition and a warning as to where this will potentially lead me if I do not do something about this was first a shock as she was direct and not afraid to be truthful with me. Once I acknowledge her truth and appreciated her honesty and directness, I was made to feel like I had a champion in my corner, and I have for several years now. I would not have reversed my health condition dramatically if it wasn't for Dr. Meier! If you want a physician to kid-glove you, I do not suggest Dr. Meier. If you want a physician who will partner with your health and you are willing to do your part, I absolutely recommend Dr. Meier for her holistic approach using nutrition, ethical supplementation, integrative allopathy, and wellness practices! Thank you for being my Champion Dr. Meier!

Dr. Katya K. Meier has to be one of the nastiest ladies I have ever came across. DO NOT GO TO HER! After looking up reviews I am uncertain how or why any job would want to have her working for them or why anyone would even waste their money going to her. She is NOT a professional... the way she acts is ridiculous and immature. She awfully and disgustingly came after my family. I think is so sad that a grown woman would be acting like this. She is a horrible. I feel sorry for anyone who has ever came across her in the past and who is about to get trolled and horribly treated in the future by Katya Meier. As too the bosses of this lady, get her out!! Why would you put your own office in such risk of losing potential customers and put your customers in risk of having to deal with what my family has dealt with and apparently what many others have as well.

Incompetent is the kindest word I have for her and her practice. I've seen her off and on for 7 years as she did a great job diagnosing my hormone needs. However, I had a physical with her PA 2 weeks ago and discovered the incompetence of her office. The PA seemed to have no history on me. I kept thinking she was scrolling to find my name in her data base as she asked such basic questions--my last period? Really? I had a hysterectomy 8 years ago, which is why I went to Dr. Meier to begin with! Then she told me my general practice dr. didn't have the expertise to read hormone levels that I had tested 6 months ago--she ordered another round of bloodwork to check hormone levels--I agreed. She then mentioned that I could receive great info on whether I am predisposed to diseases with diagnostic blood testing that would not cost me anything as the company will write off what my insurance won't pay. I agreed. I set the appointment to come in after they drained 7 vials of blood out of me! Today I went in and the PA went over the diagnostic blood test results but not my hormone results as... THEY NEVER DREW blood to test! I would have to make ANOTHER appointment. A checkout receptionist inquired as to whether I wanted to talk to Dr. Meier about even paying for the visit as the results that were necessary were not in. I said yes then received a lip spanking from Dr. Meier who said her PA had performed the services I came in for. When I pointed out that the bloodwork did not reflect hormone levels, she circled back to the fact that her PA did go over results--I would need another appointment. She's a quack out for money. I pointed this out in the hall and at the reception desk. My 17 year old daughter was with and couldn't believe the antics that went on this office.

Dr. Meier is unbelievably narcissistic! Over the years I have had people who have an interest in integrative medicine go and see her and I have just had enough of hearing the horror stories of their outcomes and my own. I recently went back myself on an new issue that has risen in my life and I got lectured, LECTURED, for something clearly genetic and offered such poorly evidence based resources and little does she know my own extensive background and education as she assumes every in America STUPID. So many people, including myself, have rarely seen her come into the office without some marks on her face due to, as she says, "aesthetic" procedures. She is obviously not happy with who she sees in the mirror everyday, and she shows it in the way you are treated, especially if you are a guy. She is rude to men, period. She should just run a clinic for women who hate men. Her staff of physicians and PAs she chooses for their looks and not their talent. Who needs 8 inch spike high heels to work in. It's a money hungry business. She can't run an office from her heart nor does she reflect the true holistic practice in the reflection of her work or her staff. She frightens her staff, the turn over is really bad, you can tell they are all afraid of her. If you ask me, she is misleading everyone to think she is really advancing holistic medicine when its just a complex of purging impurities from her own body and hacking herself up left and right to fight aging because aging isn't beautiful. Im aged, and proud of it!!!!!! Excuse me Dr. Meier, get a clue! I side with Dr. Weil who is totally against "anti" aging and says it makes again "bad"! As if the lines on my face are a sign of something I should be ashamed of because I'm "toxic." I hope to God she goes out of business and people start waking up to the quack she is. She is a phony! She lies about her education, she is not a naturopath, period!!!!!! she didn't do the relevant extensive training in Homeopathy or Herbal Medicine our NDs do, not even close, in fact not at all. I checked on her education and she is fooling you. Her medical training is limited to the common practice, and doing some general work in delivering a small few children who are low risk births (not an OBGYN) and she just has a beef about impurities, and its not all a healthy beef. Steer far clear from this practice! You will not find the healing path you desire here. You will find judgment and a physician who is too screwed up herself to step off her perch above everyone and get help and stop hacking herself, her patients, and selling you supplements she hasn't evaluated truly for there relevance to you (its a guess she makes often and it isnt checked by science, which mind you plenty of labs will offer you at a fraction of the price to rule out stuff you shouldn't be taking so you know you arent spending a fortune on things you dont need). She hides behind her white coat and stethoscope !!!! thats not a holistic physician. I have one word, RUN, you will not find the help you need here, you will find a judgmental, unresolved, angry, critical, physician who obviously couldn't work for anyone else so she opened her own practice. Nobody would work with her, she is just downright MEAN!

Dr. Meier prescribed thyroid medication that made me hypethyroid. I could not sleep, my hair started falling out and I felt over run. Steer clear!!!
