Very amazing and knowledgeable, a real human, waited to see him but honestly when i was in i did not regret the time i spent, i fealt very comfortable. I was very happy when i left the office , very higly recommendable

My first contact was at the Barrie Tooth Corner office, for at least one extraction. He was running a bit behind schedule that day because he'd been called for an emergency event in the GTA earlier in the day, so, no issues there re the lateness.
What floored me was he delayed doing the extraction after learning I'd had full-on radiation treatment to my head a year and a half ago (which was also directly involved in destroying my teeth). He wanted to confirm with my oncologist the precise nature and amounts of radiation received... no other dentist has been that considerate. His sense of humour is good, and I found him easy to relate to. Once my oncologist supplies him with the requested data, we can resume work.
Upshot: no dental work got done that session, but then I wasn't charged either. I felt his involvement, caution and care was far ahead of the average encounters I've had lately with others.

If I could I wouldn't add not even 1 stars .
I booked an appointment for my daughter as urgent and it was the first time I go there .
Since the moment I entered the clinic receptionist wasn't professional at all the way of over reacting and lawed laughing like she's not in clinic maybe as others places. My daughter was like what is going there? Even my husband felt uncomfortable...we couldn't stay more than 5 minutes and we left. Few days later a friend of mine had the same bad experience.

Hassan El-Awour - The most UNPROFESSIONAL dentist I have encountered in all my life...A total embarrassment to the profession of dentistry. He will literally get in your face and yell at you, proceed to make ignorant, totally uncalled for comments that do not relate to his job. He is amazing at belittling people, including his staff! I also heard him try to correct someone’s english once. He is an ignorant, cocky, and cannot draw the line between personal and professional. I guess they dont teach mannerism at dentistry school. He will speak to you in a manner that will make you feel totally uncomfotable, embarrassed, and as if you are not paying for his horrible service.

My experience at this office has been a TOTAL NIGHTMARE, waste of well earned money, and time. I do not wish this experience I had on anyone else.

***P.s. take into consideration how all their reviews are either one star or five stars, which I believe are fake and manipulated by the office to decieve future customers

Dr. Hassan is a skilled doctor with a deep scientific background
The medical staff and reception staff are kind and cheerful
It is true that there are no places for patients to rest while waiting for appointments, and I think the reason is the Corona pandemic
Also, the appointments are not accurate enough, and this causes inconvenience to the patient who attended on time, but I found that Dr. Hassan and the medical staff treat patients with respect and answer all patient inquiries until he feels satisfied and reassured, and this causes delays in the following appointments
But in general, Dr. Hassan and all his staff are comfortable, cheerful and helpful.
