The first thing I noticed was that I wasn't feeling nervous anymore, and not because of their sedation services. Dr. Hassan has a unique workflow that instantly puts his patients and his staff at ease. I never felt excited to sit on that dentist chair that we all dread!! And best of all, I don't need to see a dentist again for a while. Why? Because he go it right the first time!! Enough said.

Huge experience behind this doctor. Kind and willing to explain every single detail . He extracted bilateral cysts and did bone grafting . Result was amazing and implant was successful . I would trust him for all surgical procedures

I want to share our most miserable experience at this clinic. A couple of years ago, I took my adult son to Dr. Hassan's clinic. A lady doctor, if I can recall her name right Farah from Pakistan saw my son, who had a loose tooth, so loose that I could have taken it out or it could have fallen itself in a day or two all by itself. She herself told us that. The charges which she told us was quite less so we decided to go for it. After the procedure when we came out, she told the receptionist that it was a compless extraction and give us the price 4 times the amount we agreed upon. I told her that how could you do that and she disappeared from there. I kept arguing with the receptionist and requested to talk to Dr. Hassan, but she didn't do anything nor did the doctor come out to listen to the issue at all and my son who was jobless at that time had to pay that hefty amount. I am so mad at his unprofessional staff and their attitude towards his patients. After all that happened, I will never recommend him to anyone.

Unfortunately I have to write this so that staff can be educated on how to treat clients accordingly. Firstly my hygienist was incredibly rough even after I told her to ease up. Never in my life have I experienced such an aggressive cleaning, the only way i can explain it is my mouth was assaulted by the tools. Secondly, the doctor was speaking in her native language which is rude to do so by any means when your in front of a client . That is basic common sense. However, I am bilingual so I’m just sitting there listening to this ignorant woman talk about me as I sit in the chair. I should have said something right then and there but I was honestly shocked this woman was bashing me to the other staff in the room about my teeth.Literally shocked .The last thing I want to do is start a fight in a dental office with a woman old enough to be my mother . Even though she completely insulted me I kept my mouth shut was polite and left, but I do want to warn others and let the staff know . Not all Canadians soley speak English, and stop hurting your patients during a basic cleaning . That amount of force is totally unacceptable and I hope the guy who owns this business has a serious talk with his staff.I have over 1 million followers on social media platforms and one word out of my mouth on a live you will loose business . So that being said, take what I have written into consideration as you really have pissed off the wrong person . Put your staff in place including the doctors. One and only warning, if it happens again I’ll be sure to post a video of my experience to all my social media platforms that’s how disgusted I am how you guys treat other people with total disregard .

The worst place ever. If i to give them zero, I will never hesitate. They are unprofessional, dr. Hassan hires random dentists to work and ruin others teeth. They don’t care about people. In May 2022. I had my son went fro normal check up. He has no complaints. They recommended one young dentist called Nema. They lied and said that he is an expert, I trusted them and he worked with my son he said he has a cavity in his front tooth. He never mentioned that it is a deep one or might be complicated. He started working and I found a lot of bleeding and I asked him if he hit the pulp but he denied. After that my son was in severe pain. We went again and Dr. Nema was so unconfined and said let me show the X-ray to the specialist.
He came and said we need Root canal. I asked him why didn’t you say from the beginning and we are in a very bad situation. We learned that Dr. Hassan is not in the country and he just left the clinic to random people to run it. My son spent the whole summer suffering, pain and sensitivity. They removed the filling twice to prove that it is not a root canal damage, but no improvement
He was not able to eat and he couldn’t enjoy his life until last week he woke up on severe pain and he couldn’t do his exams and finally we had him to another clinic who said that the nerve died and due to necrosis there is severe inflammation
We had the RCT and with another faithful and expert dentist.
Now we still waiting for the complication of having a dead tooth in front of the mouth. Please please don’t risk your teeth snd your beloved teeth. I don’t ever recommend this place. Don’t go there.
