Dr.Grasseschi did a fantastic job. I had several procedures done, and am extremely satisfied. The best part tho is that his work outlasts the average. Its been over 10 years and just now going back for touch up work. I agree with his philosophy of doing bits and pieces along the way so to have the outcome totally natural looking. Instead of getting close to the place of no return and expecting any PS wave his magic scalpel and poof instantly you look 25 again, and look like you've been done.

I have had several procedures performed by Dr. Grasseschi over the past couple of years and have been extremely happy with the outcome of each procedure. I was well-informed about the procedures, results, and possible side-effects. I felt like Dr. G took a lot of time with me and showed me specifically what results I could expect and he was right. I did end up needing a little touch up on one of my procedures, but he did this for free. I felt like Dr. G had a lot of experience and I trusted his knowledge. He was always very polite and friendly, but at first he seems very quiet. Don't let that keep you from getting to know him. I could not be happier with my results, and have recommended Dr. Grasseschi to friends and family.

If you are contemplating a face lift and want to feel 100% at ease and have 100% confidence in the procedure, then I highly recommend Dr. Grasseschi. He gave me a face and neck lift and it was the best thing I have ever done for myself. The results were excellent. I might add that I am an older women, and he had his work cut out for him! Please do not be discouraged by his laid back manner. In my opinion specialist that are extremely superior and experienced tend to have this aura, because of their confidence and years of experience. I am 100% pleased with Dr. Grasseschi. A face lift makes you look on the outside the way you feel on the inside--thanks to Dr. Grasseschi.

Dr, Grasseschi performed several procedures on my face in 2002 (lower eye lift, facelift, necklift dermabrasion, botox) and six years later his work has held up beautifully. He is very direct and unassuming. Very high rec. on this doc.

For the sake of anonymity I will not mention my procedure but I will say I am not very happy with the outcome. He comes highly recommended from a now defunct message board and after consulting with him I went ahead with surgery. I should have listened to my gut instinct and questioned why he will not show you other patient photos as samples of his work. This is something I've NEVER encountered in another PS office. Trying to get corrective surgery now is a long hard road.

I went to this doctor for reconstructive facial surgery. I feel that he did a terrible job. He only worked on one side of my nose. My face is not symmetrical at all. He gave me cheek implants, one of which is now out of place. He said that before he closed my cheek that it was in place just fine (while I was still under).... Well, a person would certainly feel if an implant slipped out of place, I (thankfully) never felt that. But it sure is out of place now. I can only assume that it slipped out of place sometime during the rest of the surgery. He must not have noticed because he let me leave the operating room like that. Furthermore, I had to bring it to his attention that it was out of place. When I did bring it up, he casually said something to the effect: Oh, I did have to really suture the implant into place because it kept slipping when I was working on you. I would not recommend this surgeon. I am unhappy with his performance and found him rude after I took issue with his work
