Dr. Parsons is an excellent physician, he is thorough, knowledgable, and attentive to every detail. His staff is very accommodating as well.

I like Dr. Parson his out of pocket cost are reasonable HOWEVER that wife is RUDE and nasty . I have been in Medical Office Management, State of CT Employee , Uconn Health Employee , Grievance's and Appeals for several Insurance Companies , As well as Credentialing and Human resource's for Hartford Hospital . When I tell you this is the rudest person I've ever come across. SHE IS BAD FOR BUSINESS SHE WOULNT LAST ONE DAY IN MY OFFICE .

He’s fine. His staff is rude especially the lady answering the phone. I really feel Nick Lukasewski who’s one of the managers at Stop and Shop Simsbury and he’s condescending and self absorbed wrote on of the negative reviews below. My gf interviewed with him a few weeks ago she said he spoke about himself and his accomplishments. Asked her personal questions like 1. Do you have kids ? 2. Her marital status ? 3 . The condescending pos even questioned why she can’t work till noon on Sundays. That’s none of his business ! She said he seemed to have very high anxiety and comes across arrogant. They should rid Nick ( he’s to cocky and rude to applicants) he even ignored her follow ups. Well I happen to know people that know him ( they agree he’s arrogant and rude ) Stop and Shop Simsbury really needs to hire better management and staff. I like this doctor no complaints. However the receptionist needs to go !

He’s good and so is his staff. I feel Jenna Stoker who works for Restore Balance in West Hartford and she bad mouths her employer and coworkers wrote negative review below. I know people that know her and I’m told she’s gossipy and air headed. She’s immature and not one to trust.

Had a recent appointment a week ago and my visit felt very rushed. The office looked run downed and dirty. The woman with the heavy accent was mean and rude and was very unprofessional. The doctor was very weird. I didn’t like it here. Doctor needs better staff members

Very good doctor but the woman in the office who answers the phone is very rude and abrasive. She goes out of her way to be as unhelpful and dismissive as possible. In person she is no better. She should have no customer interaction.

He is a very good doctor but his wife who answers the phone or who is in the office is completely rude, just asks you you to pay money and is very mean, loud and obnoxious to her staff. He’s a good doctor but be prepared to have an appointment for every little thing.
