My mother, a 90lb cancer patient with recently diagnosed bone metastases was brought to the E.R. after a fall in her room. She was examined by this doctor who after an X-Ray was taken told us he and an associate reviewed the X-Ray and there were no fractures of any kind. He said he was able to easily manipulate her leg. He diagnosed my mother with a "PULLED MUSCLE", sent her home VIA AMBULANCE, with a walker, encouraged her to walk and said she should feel better in a few days. SHE HAD A PUBIS FRACTURE!!! We found out 2 WEEKS later when she was brought back for re-evaluation and another X-ray confirmed a fracture and that it had gotten worse as compared to the fracture on the 1st X-Ray performed 2 weeks prior. THIS DOCTOR HAD MY MOTHER WALKING ON A FRACTURE FOR 2 WEEKS!! He should be ashamed of himself!!
