Rude,condencending,and poor at listening. She likes to over explain everything way too much over and over again at times and acts like she doesn't care whether or not you understand it or not. It's almost next to imposible to get a word in edgewise most of the time,and there are almost several long periods of waiting times involved in every visit. More so than most other doctors! You can feel coldness and negative vibes in the air. Although I do recall when there are more friendly and cheerful feelings in the room. Overall she seems to act caring and tries very hard to help you and get problems solved !

Horrible! This doctor and her office staff are rude, and have no concern about the patient's well being. If you phone the office and try to get some answers, they tell you to stop calling them so much! I can see why so many bad reviews. Stay away. If you want to get helped and get treated with respect, do not go to this doctor! Don't waste your time and look for someone else. The people at this practice do not care about taking care of people.

Dr Aloot is very patient but too informative when it comes to talking about all the bad possibilities. She's not very positive or encouraging. Her staff is cold and not friendly. She always runs late. Expect to sit for at least 30 - 45 minutes in the waiting room and another 20 - 30 minutes in the examination room waiting for her. After the exam, you have to wait again in the waiting room while she writes out prescriptions which could take another 20 minutes. However, she did help my rheumatoid arthritis go into remission for which I am very thankful.

Most of the staff are "cold, condecending, rude, un-helpful, & demeaning just to name a few of their "work place personalities". I believe the "Office Manager" (@ least that's what I think she is) to be the most "un-ethical" person in the entire state! I have NEVER been treated so poorly @ ANY business and this person "profiles" people as well. The expiernce any person has @ any business begins with the people that greet you on the "front line" I don't know why I did not walk out on the second visit (she was not there on the first visit) as things only got worse with her as I had more appointments! If there were a rating with a minus in front of it, that's what I would give this one person..... -10

I have not had problems like the other reviewers did. Dr Aloot has been very helpful and patient with me in order to help diagnose me. She does run a little bit late, but I believe it's because she actually spend more than the standard 5minutes with a patient.

Dr. Aloot was completely unhelpful and I felt completely dismissed. Near the end of the appointment, I attempted to ask a question near the end of the appointment but it was clear the doctor felt the appointment was over and was practically rude when answering the question. The doctor prescribed some labs and x-rays and when I asked the staff where it would be best to go to have them done, I got a blank look. I'd rather find a doctor who will be on my side and work with me to find a diagnosis than go back to Dr. Aloot.

First time and last time!I get there early out of consideration and end up waiting 30-45 min.The staff seemed cold and the doctor not helpful at all.
