We are so pleased to have found Dr Osborne. We went to him for a second opinion and we are so happy we did. He is a fabulous ENT doctor and he has a very friendly office staff. His medical equipment is very modern and his surgical center is top notch.

This was the first ENT I visited where the environment was friendly and lively. The staff was very cheery and comfy to talk to. He takes time to explain everything to you, and won't let you leave without asking if you are comfortable with whatever is prescribed or diagnosed. I have surgery with him tomorrow, and his scheduler has been phenomenal. He is always available and never makes you feel like you are bothering her, even with the most mundane of questions. I would definitely recommend this office.

I've had ongoing sinus problems for a lot longer than I care to admit. When I came in and saw Dr. Osborne, he seemed very smart and was a lot easier to get a long with than most other doctors I've seen in the past. And it wasn't just the doctor, the entire staff was very nice. I will definitely be recommending this practice to people at my work.

Dr. Osborne was great too, I feel like he was really helpful and will really try to get to the root of the issues that my daughter is having. My teenage daughter even commented how nice every single person was that we interacted with.

He stayed late just so he could see our kids knowing they were in pain. Both of our boys were really cranky and he was patient, kind & understanding. We had seen another ENT that wasn't even close to being as knowledgeable. He took the time to explain things and placed tubes in both of their ears at the surgery center. Highly recommend for any ear, nose or throat problems!!

Very welcoming and friendly staff. The audiologist is patient and explains every single test and the results. The wait time can be longer but I wouldn't want a health care professional rushing me out. I highly recommend him for any ENT issues.

Very thankful to Parkway ENT for getting a foreign object removed from our toddler's ear. The wait was less than 15 minutes and the staff and Dr. were very caring and helpful throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them based on our experience.
