Dr Hensel is misleading, he is not a very friendly doctor and was like my opinion didn't mean anything. the last appointment I went to I brought my 7 year old son , he didn't even knowledge that my son was in the room and he just kept wanting to see me in a month or two weeks like i was his atm. That was the end of him, please stay away there are better doctors that are more caring and trust worthy on the other end of Apollo towards the south.

Surgery on lateral miniscus and to remove floating body in knee in November 2010. He didn't get the floating body so I still have swelling and pain. When I went for a follow up appointment in January he informed me that my only option was to get a cortisone injection. I received the injection and evidently had an unusual reaction to the injection. I was in incredible pain while his office was still open. I called and left a voice mail message that no one responded to. I called the answering service twice that evening to inform them of my pain and again no one called until 10:00 a.m. the next morning. The woman who called me was rude. I wrote a scathing message to the group he works for and did receive a phone call from the office manager who was very nice and apologetic. Additionally, I did research and there are other possible courses of action that he did not mention to me. Maybe because he doesn't do the procedures. He also did not send a report to my primary physician.
