Dr. Purdy spent time with me going over what I could expect with a chronic migraine diagnosis. I did not have any real interaction with other staff but he was wonderful.

Excellent Doctor . So knowledgeable and helpful. Gave great advise and I believe I am finally getting help after 3 years of suffering.

Seen Dr Purdy today on a condition that most doctors have no idea about. He was extremely helpful in advising what the condition is although at this time there is no cure (research is ongoing). That being said, he is having several other tests done to check / reduce symptoms of the condition. He had amazing bedside manner and answered all of the questions I had. I would recommend him gladly. He was running about 30 minutes late but the fact that he still spent 1.5 hours with me was rather impressive.

To start with he was late by 45 minutes. He spent most of the time talking about his recent trip to LA. After about another 45 minutes which he spent mostly looking stuff up on the computer he shook my hand and said "at least you won't die from this", then he left. A total waste of my time an offered no advise or suggestions to help my problem.

Did not answer any questions for me.did not help my questions.sent me home not even with a plan to help me. It's been a yr now and still did not hear from him,sitting here still in pain ,still no not living live.wasted trip to Halifax .the whole trip was a JOKe.Knowledgeable haha I know just as much about TN as he does..

I love Dr. Purdy, not only was he on time and very helpful, he has called multiple times to check up on me, he has followed thru with all the things he told me, and more. i liked the fact he showed me websites i can go on and learn even more about my problems, he is a great doctor.

We didn't really deal with the Doctors staff as my wife was a referral from New Brunswick. Dr Purdy was punctual and did take the time to ask lots of questions and take lots of notes and that had not happened previously, was very informative and described what he believed were the reasons for my wife's migraine and how he thought the best way to control / reduce the migranes. My wife was very satisfied with our visit with Dr. Purdy's

A guy that say he travels the world and see's many people, who uses google and wastes your time for 2 hours only to let u know he doesn't think he's the guy for you, and says the right person is an ENTRY just not the one that referred you, but it the bet in all of Canada. I would tell u to get out of an apt with this guy unless u have headaches... Says he will ask other dr's about my issue and try to find out what's wrong with me..... Hope he does!

I went to see him in desperation.He tapped my knee,looked at my eyes and checked my throat.I left there crying with no help having spent 1 hour with him.I went to a chrio and 8 months laterno headaches and my eyesight also.I would not recommend him

He's a bit "quirky" but very thorough. After my initial appointment (more than an hour long) he confirmed that I am suffering from several different types of migraines. He was very straight forward in telling me that he cannot cure me. This did not surprise me. He is working to see if there's a better method of treatment than I'm currently using. This takes time, but we're working on it.
