DR. COSTLEY WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ON TIME. SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND THE STAFF WAS ABSOLUTELY GREAT. DR. COSTLEY FOLLOWED UP TOMAKE SURE I WAS O.K.. I WAS VERY VERY SATISFIED WITH HER SERVICE.

My husband and I very satisfied with Dr. Costley. She is compasionate and thorough . The staff is helpful also.

Never returns calls. Would disapeer for stretches. Ignore phone calls for emergency situations, and office would lie bold face to cover misgivings
