Dr. Burns has been my general practitioner for more than ten years now. He is gentle, kind, and always attentive to what I have to say. He never shies away from any issue, and I have never felt that he prescribed any treatment or medication needlessly. In short, I continue to see Dr. Burns because I trust him, and I believe that he has my best interest at heart.

I have been a patient of another doctor in Burns' practice for years. My doctor was on vacation and since I was having an emergency issue, I was booked with Burns. After waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes in his waiting room, I was put in an exam room, and when Mr. Burns finally came in he was extremely rude, never listened to one word I had to say, and actually threw down his magnifier and yelled at me! I have never been treated so horribly in my life. I left in tears, still having the problem I went in for. This guy has a serious God complex and needs to retire. He has made plenty of money zipping in and out of rooms and collecting insurance money. This must be why they collect the copay BEFORE you see the doctor. This experience is causing me to change clinics altogether, on the off chance I would ever have to see this monster again.

I started seeing Burns almost 10 years ago. He was the best doc. The staff is rude. When they finally realized my insurance wasn't accepted there, I gave them the sign-up form and they said he wasn't willing to and was dropping me as a patient after TEN YEARS. He wouldn't even let me come in and pay cash. This has left me still without a doctor. Such a simple task and he was not willing to help a longtime and paid up patient! SHAME ON HIM, & his RUDE STAFF as the other doctors in the clinic do accept my insurance.

Dr. Burns is so nice and very interested in how he can help you. His nurses are awesome too, however he does have a lab tech from lab corp that is just flat out rude, she walks in and grabs your arm and sticks a needle in it w/ out so much as a "Hi, I am going to get blood outta you today"....but all other staff awesome and Dr. is great!!! Love ya Dr. Burns!

I have seen Dr. Burns for more than 15 years. He is the first Doctor that actually took my blood to make sure there were no underlying problems. He listens and gives me alternatives to having to take meds. If I do need them he asks me what works best for me. He actually listens to you. I recommend him to other people all the time.

Never had a more caring doctor. Really listens to whats going on with you. He's no prescription happy either. He wants to figure out the problem not medicate the symptoms unless he has too. You feel very comfortable with him
