Within the past 5 years this practice has moved a total of 3x, it would be nice to know that when you show up for the visit. I work in a medical setting and when I came to this office I was uphauled, the women at the front were very unprofessional and almost upset that they had to get up and get a copy of my daughter's immunization record. I asked about the copay and the woman had an attitude stating " well usually they are this much with insurance". Once entered into the room we were seen by someone we have never seen before and she did not introduce herself, I guess she was the Dr, PA, NP?? The staff were trying to give my daughter an immunization she was not due for and the 2 nurses argued about it to each other in front of me. One nurse left the room upset while the other came back in and complained about the other to me. I wish I could go on but this review won't let me. Overall this place is rude, unprofessional and lacks bedside manner. I DO NOT recommend.

We have been taking our child to Dr. Robbins for years. My husband had a year of RN school before he came in and I am a physician. We are anxious parents like some who posted negative reviews here. He will not overtreat a child who is not ill or has something minor. Some of these reviews are negative because he doesn’t take someone’s insurance. That is not a reason to give a doctor a bad review. He has always been kind, funny and knowledgeable. He even donates his time to worthy causes. Those criticizing him for just being interested in making money, don’t have a clue. Pediatricians are the least paid specialists. Believe me there is a wide range of reimbursement between specialties. Bottom line, if you want an excellent physician, don’t listen to the disgruntled entitled people who post here. Remember that people don’t review people on line when they are happy. I only came here because I needed to check something totally unrelated.

Worst Dr and staff!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Wont take BCBS HMO, medicaid or even cash bc I told them my son will have medicaid after the 1st of the year. WTF!

Do not use Dr. Robbins. He is inconsiderate, rude, greedy, and treats the parents like they are below him. Toni, his nurse is great. Hope she can find another doctor to work for bc she deserves better than him. LeeAmi is extremely rude also. Her and Dr. Robbins work well together because they are both such rude and hateful people. And he barely spends any time with the kids. Takes us like 2 minutes in the room and then he is gone. So unprofessional.

Bart Robbins and staff are awesome. They treated my kids and I with respect. He has a way with children that makes them comfortable and trusting. He took his time making sure he diagnosed my children appropriately. Dr.Robbins listened to our concerns and took his time listening to us. We will be using Dr.Robbins from now on! We are very very pleased with our overall visit. Kellers

We had a bad experience with Dr Bart Robbins. He was very arrogant and rude. After waiting in the waiting room 20 minutes and in the exam room 15 minutes, my 3 year old daughter had to use the bathroom. I stepped out quickly and took her, after informing a nurse. We were not gone more than 3 minutes. When we came out the Dr was in the hall and said "well, I was about to pass you by" in a very rude, condescending tone. From there the appointment did not get better. He didn't care about anything I had to say and just loved to hear himself talk. If you are looking for a pediatrician and you would like to be a partner in the care of your child, this is not the doctor for you. He also had no skills in talking to children.
