Worst customer service and disorganized staff. I called 6 times to get a question answered and no one ever returned my call. They need a qualified and professional office manager to turn this office around.

Dr. Johnson recently laid off over half of his staff and the quality of the care here has really gone down hill. The wait time is over 2 hours and your lucky if you get to see the doctor . It's always a Physian Dr. Johnson is only in North Andover on Mon-Tue-Thur-Fri. Wed is his day off. I understand the doctor is in his mid 70's and enjoying the fruits of his labor. Why schedule people if you can't see them in a timely manner?

This is the worst office by far. The staff is so rude and negative. They bark at you when you question your appointment time. Every single appointment I have come to has been at least an 1-2 hour behind. Dissorganized with files everywhere. Find another doctor and do yourself a favor.

I have been going to Dr Johnson for over 30 yrs and unfortunately I have to agree with most of the ratings that I am seeing. The wait times are very long. The only time they see you quickly is when you are there for a physicial.. The billing department is bad the girl never returns my calls. The rest of the staff is pretty much like what the other reviews say.... I am thinking very much about changing my pcp and keeping dr Johnson for allergy shots only....The staff use to be very nice and very helpful but I would say that within the last 10 yrs it's gotten really bad. Maybee because he has too many patients, and the staff just can't keep up with them. They seem to be really overworked......

I've been to many doctors in my lifetime and must say he is BY FAR the WORST one I've seen. Let me start off by saying it doesn't matter what time you make your appointment because you will be waiting over an hour to see one of their incompetent PAs which allows him to bill your insurance as seeing a doctor.

The staff here is extremely rude and obviously hate their job but I don't know who wouldn't. Time to get a job at the local zoo, at least our taxes don't go to waste there.

They won't return your phone calls or send referals unless you consistently nag them.

You will rarely ever see the doctor and IF you do you will look at the back of his head while he talks into a microphone staring at the computer screen.

Lastly, this is supposed to be a doctors office not a mini corporation of let's see how many PAs I can hire so I can just float around and do nothing.

Again I HIGHLY recommend against going here unless you want to be treated like a zoo animal and be surrounded by highly uneducated, incompetent staff and most importantly not even see a real doctor.

The staff and physician were the rudest I have ever experienced. The physician was arrogant and not at all interested in answering questions. As a matter of fact he seemed downright insulted that anyone would question him. the staff openly speak about and complain about other patients as well as co workers. the office is dirty and in disarray. They lost test results and tried to imply it was my fault. The physician tried to push many unnecessary tests and became very indignant that I would refuse them. Based on the behavior I would have a very difficult time believing anything that they told me.

Worst experience ever! Staff is terrible. They act like they are not in the customer service business and they could care less if you stay/leave... Doesn't matter to them. Despicable bedside manner. Dr johnson should screen his staff! He himself doesn't spend but 5 minutes with you. Asks ou 3 questions and he's gone. Very bad patient enviornment

I trust Dr Johnson with my life. I have been a patient of his practice for 3 years and would not change to another MD unless I moved out of the area. Do I ALWAYS get taken on time? NO but no MD that I have ever had has taken me on time. This practice has their own lab and Xray department. He has the latest equipment in asthma management which always reassures me. Usually, my asthma is under better control when I leave his office compared to when I arrived. So what that I am there 2 hours. I KNOW they take care of me.
