Friendly doctor, very knowledgeable but terse. Don't expect much face time. 45+ minute waits to see him for 5 minutes are not uncommon. Even showing up early, long waits for the first morning appointments are consistently problematic. Office is very inconsistent with prescription refills. I left multiple calls over 3 days to get critical asthma medication reupped, the office was very slow to contact the pharmacy and never confirmed with me.

Dr. Paul Ehrmann has been my physician for over 25 years. His diagnosis of various disorders in both myself and my family members have literally saved life on more than one occasion. I would go to him, or recommend him to anyone anytime with out hesitation.

I usually am late myself and his staff is very considerate. They are sometimes slow at processing requests and I know he tries to stay on top of the latest technology which can cause problems. I have been seeing him for over 20 years as a family physician. I like the fact that he is not afraid nor opposed to sending you to a specialist when necesary. Overall I think he is a great physician who uses common sense and has an excellent bedside manor.

Dr. Paul is the best general practice doctor out there. Just look at his website and you'll see what I mean. He focuses on keeping someone healthy, not just treating diseases. I went in and had about 3 different things I wanted him to check out and felt awful that he had to spend so much time with me. After some bloodwork, I emailed him questions back and forth (about 6 emails total in the conversation) and he personally replies. You can even see him replying to email from the waiting room between visits. A really great guy who cares about you and shows it.

While he's very nice and knowledgeable, I've had nothing but severe communication problems with him/his office. There have been 3-4 separate occasions (in the 3 months I've been his patient) where I've had to call several times, and leave several voicemails and messages just to get a response. This last incident now has me being transfered directly to his voicemail since apparently handing a written message about my complaint (that I've called about every day for a week) is not an option for his office staff.

I've been going to Dr. Paul for several years. He is very personable and listens to my concerns/symptoms. When I've needed immediate attention, I've been able to get in to see him that same day, often within a couple of hours after I've called.
