You will wait a long time once called back. She is very "fake", "sweetie, baby, honey." She is not very knowledgable and not through. She passes the buck to others rather than giving you total care. Changes her opinion/views from visit to visit. ALWAYS calls in scripts instead of handing you one. Have to call and wait 72 hrs for refills.
