She’s great for routine appointments but if you have something serious, the staff says “ oh honey, she doesn’t have any appointments for 3-4 months. I was an established patient and it happened to me. The kicker is she is still taking new patients. Why, you can’t take care of the numbers you have now.

My wife and I started seeing Dr. Undergrad. She is a great doctor as she takes the time to know her patients. However, in late 2016,, there has been a 2-3 month wait for an appointment. This coupled with the poor attitude of the staff has us looking for a new doctor

Updegraff since she came here, I'm so glad I switched to her. Out of all the Drs. I've had over the years, she has been the best. It doesn't matter if it's an illness or a personal problem, when you see her, she always there to listen. She treats my husband and me, we couldn't be more grateful for the care she has given us over the years. Dr. Updegraff is just a great person, she actually cares about her patients. She makes you feel at ease the first time you meet her. If anyone needs an amazing doctor, you should definitely start seeing Dr. Updegraff!!
