Her staff is the problem. They never take calls, you have to go up there to make the appointment. They won't return calls either so you have to go up there to take of things. Very bad customer service on office staff side, receptionist and office manager

All you have to do is Google "60 Minutes Mesh" you will see it is not safe. She will push and tell you that's all in the past but watch the 60 Minutes 15 minute segment and the truth is revealed!!

The staff was less than amicable besides one physician assistant. Dr Woo was nice but she was guessing what my condition was and instead of doing further testing, wanted me to try out 5 different medications to pick my “favorite” and then stay on that one for a year. Then she informed me there was no actual cure for my possible condition and I take the medication daily....basically the rest of my life. So she wants me to take medication for a condition I may not even have. Disregard the fact that I answered in the questionnaire 3 immediate family members have cancer and 1 diabetes but I’m sure that’s irrelevant even though my symptoms are linked to bladder cancer. She didn’t try to find the source of the problem either. I could’ve diagnosed myself just as good using google. I won’t waste my time or money next time.

Dr Woo is special. She keeps dialogue simple and direct. She is very knowledgeable and if you pose a question she has a defined distinct answer and doesn't speak down to the patient but to them. She's always warm and smiling but if you want a hug you better hug your momma before you see the doctor. Dr Woo is gentle and all business. She's respectful and treats the patient with dignity. I was comfortable with her instantly. I've been to alot of doctors and by far she's the best. I drive an extra hour just to keep her as my doctor. I had a few visits and a biopsy and she kept the appts punctual and brief and the biopsy was quick and casual, I was very relaxed. She is very gentle and sharp and doesn't add to your visit, just addresses your needs, your questions and gets you back into your day. Love Dr Woo. (not all of her admin staff are very professional but I over look it).

I really went in wanting to like her, but she spent 10 minutes with me for new patient appointment. Didn't explain anything properly to me so I was asking staff at check out for the answers to my questions. Really? She seems very aloof and uncaring as to my condition. Her staff never gets back to you after leaving many voicemails. I'm very disappointed with the office as a whole. Recommend you find another Urologist.

Seen her a few times and doesn't really say too much. She doesn't elaborate too much and a patient needs that for reassurance. I have found another Urologist that does let me know what's going on and does everything to give me peace of mind.

Staff was great, and so was Dr Woo. My vasectomy procedure was scary at first, but it went by so quick.

Office makes you pay up front, even with insurance. Felt extremely rushed, staff is not friendly. Nurses not knowledgeable. Someone was supposed to call me to schedule additional important tests and have not called in 3 days. Had to pay for an appt to get my initial test results! Been there 3 times, never had a good experience once.

Most helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable, and always makes you feel like she has all the time in the world and is only concerened about you, the patient.
