Dr. Woo performed my vasectomy. Prior to the vasectomy, she answered all my questions about the procedure clearly and with kindness. During the procedure she was warm and reassuring. I would recommend her to anyone.

I found Dr Woo to be very knowledgeable in her field of Urology. My surgery was performed by her on 11/26/08. She telephoned me on 11/28/08 to check on my condition and status. I was extremely comforted by her call and concern. It has been 3 weeks since my surgery and I did not use but 4 of the prescribed pain pills. My recovery is amazing and I look forward to a better quality of life based on the surgery performed by Dr. Woo.

This doctor is not my idea of a helpful doctor. After a lengthy stay in the hospital, surgery for a skin infection, we could not get her to come in and answer our questions. I felt as if we were given the run-around. We could not get a straight story from anyone about what was going on and we had to call in the patient advocacy services. Basically Dr. Woo ended up discharging my friend early without any help or information about follow up. No prescriptions for antibiotics, no instructions. This doctor is TERRIBLE. If you end up with her in the hospital--ask for another doctor please!

May be a visit to the Urologist scares me, I don't know but I found the Doctor to be somewhat aloof. I believe that one of the most important positives in a doctor is to put a patient at ease. This is especially true for a Urologist. Sadly, she made it appear like an army drill the two times I visited her.
