The staff were excellent but Dr. McBride was rushed and unhelpful and insensitive.

Beautiful office, great location and parking, doctor listens and takes time, really cares. Unfortunately her staff sucks because most are rude and the only nice one is incompetent.

After having moved here and seeing 2 different doctors, one who did not even look at my face, I finally found Dr. McBride. She listened and actually suggested a procedure I had been requesting for years!

I went to see Dr. McBride for a second opinion for a disagnosis. She was extremely knowledgable, listening, personable, patient, understandings, helpful, and she made me feel like my issue was the only issue that mattered. We spend awhile talking and I know it had to have put her a bit behind on schedule but she did not try to rush me or seem annoyed by my questions or emotions. She was determined to get to the bottom of the diagnosis and she was stated she was positive it was a misdiagnosis but I insisted on having the expensive blood work done that my previous OBGYN refused to send for unknown reasons. She understood my fears and anxieties, she seemed so humble, and genuinely concerned for my well being as for my emotional/mental health regarding the diagnosis. She reassured that this was something that "we" (patient and doctor) would get through together and that she emphasized that she would help me get through it. I have never felt so comfortable with a doctor in my life. She had the blood work completed within 2 weeks that my previous doctors did not know how to send (western blot, pcr blood test) and she called me to inform me of the results within 2 weeks apologizing for the delay although I thought it was fast. I also had an apt with her to insert my Skyla IUD and I felt very sick afterwards. Both her and her staff checked on me every 10 minutes offering anything I need while I called someone for a ride as I was in no condition to drive. Both her and her staff were professional, comforting, helpful, and all around friendly. I cannot even begin to describe how happy I am with dr mcBride as my new gyno and I would recommend every woman to her! She has made my previous 2 gynos seem inconsiderate, careless about their patients overall wellbeing besides their gynocological issues, and just terrible doctors. It's obvious that Dr. McBride truly loves her job, caring for her patients, and helping them through anything and everything.

I was recommended to Dr. McBride and was so disappointed with not only her professionalism, but also her staff. I am a younger patient and felt rushed through the whole appointment. Saying that the actual examination lasted a full minute would be generous . If I'm spending time and money on an appointment, I want to feel as though I matter as a patient. That being said, she was not overly friendly or warm. After my appointment she scheduled me to get bloodwork done in her office, which was an absolute nightmare. The nurse was rude and callous, especially after I told her I was nervous about needles. Not only did she never ask if I was doing okay when I was obviously shaken, but I literally left in tears after her treatment. Even then no one seemed bothered or phased by this, not even the other nurse in the room. Absolutely terrible. I couldn't believe a doctor's office could be so inhospitable and lack such common decency. Never going back.

I suffered with endometriosis for years, and the pain, diminished quality of life (and inability to sleep) had me desperate and miserable when I met Dr. McBride. My family doctor kept directing me to a gastroenterologist due to my horrific pain. After endless tests and scans and even colonoscopy-it was clear that was not my problem. My former gynecologist refused to even consider that I had endometriosis and her bedside manner and callousness left me literally in tears in her office. So, I went to Dr. McBride and the difference was night and day. She listened to my symptoms, did an exam and read over my scans and tests carefully. She was quite confident it was endometriosis--which she confirmed with a laprascopic surgery that was very skillfully performed. She gave me a quick diagnosis (along with pictures!) and a path to a cure. She is knowledgeable, she listens, her surgical skill gives you confidence and also a speedy recovery.

I had a breast cancer diagnosis and neither my current gynecologist, internist, or surgeon in Wilmington were following up on it. I switched to Molly and she got me into a cancer center right away and I had surgery 5 days later. She is the best, moves quickly, and is a no-nonsense type of person. I most likely owe her my life.
