Administrative staff are very unprofessional. Despite raising concerns, no improvement has been made. Dr. fielding is an excellent dentist if you are willing to put up with the admin staff, incorrect billings, etc.

Dr Dave used to have a nice office but now it is a revolving door of dentists and other office staff. He does Ok work but he doesn't take any time to talk to me and seems to want me to go away and make me see his other dentists.

I used to bring my friend with me I was so scared but with Dr. Dave I don't need to anymore. I find him exceptional. He explains everything. I find him very easy to talk to. He always listens while looking you in the eyes. He is not cocky at all. He is very experienced and up to date his field. As a matter of fact I find him very humble once you see what he gives back to the community. You might want to follow him and his associates on Facebook. Great everything.

Dental patient, nervous and anxious, seriously so. That was me.
My dental life has changed astonishingly. I am so grateful, so relieved.
Last year I changed dentists, for geographic reasons: Toronto to Burlington.
A friend recommended Dr. David Fielding.
Now in my 60’s, changing health care providers was very stressful for me.
Add to that a mouthful of historical dental issues. Stress, stress, mega stress.
The care and attention that I received from Dr. Fielding, the hygienist Dorothy and reception staff was exceptional, unparalleled. Dr. Fielding explained everything that he was doing and showed me pictures of my dental work. The care and warmth that I received at Dr. Fielding’s office has reduced my anxiety level tremendously. The staff are upbeat, smiling and friendly.
I especially like the waiting room because I feel like I am sitting in a warm, cozy family room not a dental clinic. I absolutely recommend Dr. Fielding, he is top notch.

I had a filling done in March 2014 and was left with jaw pain. Went back three times before antibiotics were prescribed arbitrarily. Antibiotics worked though...fast forward to October 2014 and I begin to experience jaw/tooth pain like never before. I was taking nearly 5000mgs of ibuprofen a day just to be able to function at work. After seeing Dr. Fielding numerous times about the pain and being diagnosed as having TMJ and having a night guard made and paid for ($500 for a piece of plastic!! are you serious!!) as well as a full head scan (thanks for the excess dose of unnecessary radiation) and finding no relief whatsoever I had to pay a visit to the hospital and an emergency dentist visit in another town. The dentist there took an xray of the effected area and before even looking at the xray diagnosed the problem. I was scheduled the next week for a root canal. It took over a month of visiting the dentist and not receiving any help whatsoever and it took another dentist 15 minutes to diagnose the real problem. Had the root canal and all the sensitivity and pain are 100% gone.

There are too many dentists vying for your business to accept sub-par (and in my case dangerous and painful) service.

Sorry Dr. Dave, you've lost a lifetime client.
