I have been a patient of Dr Manseau since December 2022. He and his team are amazing. I had a total reversed shoulder replacement in April. Dr Manseau explained the surgery, post-op and recuperation expectations and answered all our questions. I immediately improved after the surgery. PT was done using his protocol. The office staff, medical assistants and physical therapists were all kind, caring, well organized, professional and very knowledgeable. They returned my calls, answered my questions and were on top of renewing any meds that I needed. Also, they keep a cancellation list that got my appointment moved from one month out to in 4 days!

Dr Manseau was going to delay my surgery due to an elevated A1C. He explained that this condition would prevent my shoulder from healing properly. He truly cared that I have the best possible outcome. I lost some weight, lowered the A1C 1.6 points and healed perfectly.

I highly recommend Dr Manseau and his team.

Diagnosed hand\fingers; trigger ring finger and index effussion. Tx plan: Sx, inj. or Voltaren gel. He said gel,I used it for 6 wks and got results on trigger finger by 2nd day. I elected not to do Sx or inj. for now. Good personality and great staff. I highly recommend Dr. Manseau.

Totally disappointed in my experience with Dr. Manseau and my hand surgery.
He was attentive and nice prior to surgery but afterwards when I complained about pain and inability to use my thumb, he dropped me as a patient. Not a professional!

Dr. Christopher J. Manseau's response
I am sorry to hear you are disappointed. Typically patients are not released from the practice unless there behavior in office becomes inappropriate or in some cases they have refused to follow the directions recommended for after care. Regardless, wishing you all the best.

This guy replaced my torn right bicep with a calf muscle in 2016. I have lost use of my right arm. He did a knee replacement in 2019. I am now in a power chair.
I have lost my quality of life.. Use caution when choosing a fellow human being who can cripple you..

I have been coming to the doctor for a very long time and have had success every time. His office staff has been wonderful. Not sure about these negative reviews but I would never blame a doctors office for being busy and short staffed during a pandemic. In my experience if you are discharged from a practice there is very good reason.
Dr. Manseau is one of the most honest physicians I know with amazing bedside manner.

Dr. Manseau conducted trigger finger surgery on my dominant hand. His post surgery statements that my I would have full use of my hand the day of the surgery were false. I was finally able to get the stitches removed and that was the last time I saw him. No physical therapy, no responses to my messages (phone or portal).

Five appointments and each one was 1,5 . 2 and more hours later than scheduled. Took two weeks of calling every day to get the first appointment. Watched three clients become upset and leave over one issue or another. Doctor is good but must bear responsibility for office staff and management.
