Best cardiologist in Spartanburg County. Could be he is the best in South Carolina. He will not prescribe any medications one does not absolutely need. He is very kind, considerate and personable. He cares for the whole person in his patients. I liked him from our first meeting. My daughter recommended him and I am forever grateful to her. Thank you, Dr. Mobley, for your wonderful care. Dr. Mobley is the most wonderful and caring doctor that I have met in a long time. He is very thorough and knowledgable and his bedside manner is outstanding. He is a very kind, caring and considerate doctor.
