rip off.. I went to them for sinus infection, Caniglia said I had polyps and needed to see more detail and wanted an xray / CT . Since I have a high deductible I wanted to know the cost, he said about $300. Guess what, the bill came, $165 for new patient, and $2000 for a CT. Is this place insane?? Be VERY careful... oh, after finishing the 2 prescriptions the sinus infection returned in 2 days. Don't like the idea of going back there, they have no email to contact the doctor. I will take my sinus polyps surgery elsewhere.

I had a wonderful experience working with Dr. Caniglia. I am a very anxious person that needs to understand everything that is happening and will happen in order to feel comfortable. Dr. Caniglia was very patient with me taking the time to explain everything and answering all my questions, sometimes more than once. He always saw me within a couple minutes of my scheduled appointment and never acted hurried or rushed to end our appointment. I would highly recommend him and would gladly work with him again.

I have had an ear problem for several months. My primary kept promising a referral that never appeared. I had to go to an urgent care in the Edward Elmhurst group last night after it became much worse. The doctor there gave me a referral right off the bat, but Dr. Caniglia's staff refused to accept it, fought over the idea of me even faxing it in for them to take a look, and were generally rude and combative. This is not what a patient needs when they are sick and frightened. Right now, I'm calling my insurer to see if they can send me to someone. If you actually have a problem, I would recommend going ANYWHERE else.

Dr. Caniglia is extremely polite and knowledgeable. The staff is very professional and polite. I have talked to, Sunita, one of the staff members numerous times, and she always answered my questions or called me back with the answer. I have been there several times and the wait time was always within 5 minutes. I would highly recommend Dr. Caniglia. My experience was before, during and after my surgery.

I had this doctor for my nasal polyps surgery. I had real hard time with the billing service. even though I paid he entire share of my deductible, They do not have records for some of it. It took so much of my time to make them dig all my records. Service is horrible.

This doctor was very rude to me and my daughter. He offered no solutions and made it seem like all questions were dumb and I was wasting his time. He is rude and errogant.

Dr.Caniglia did my surgery for my ear tubes. I was OK only for a week and my ears were clogged completely. When I wanted to take an appt when I am in pain, Doctor was not available for a week. This doctor is very hard to get hold of and I will NOT recommend him for anyone. Office staff are very rude to talk to.

If ringing in the ears (Tinnitus) is your problem, don't go to see this doctor. He had no opinions, recommendations or advice and came across as being ignorant of the condition. A complete waste of time and money.
