Dr. Caniglia is an excellent doctor. His care is first rate. Admittedly his staff can be so so at times.

First time visit. Waited an hour to see the doctor. Hot waiting room, not good for waiting with children. Doctor came in and did not introduce himself. No apologies for the long wait. Poor bedside manner. Not going back.

brought my 3 year old daughter in for appt. schedule over a week prior only to be told, in a FULL waiting room that there was a balance on my acct. and they were refusing service until paid. there is no balance, as i have a discharged chapter 7 bankruptcy. they admitted fault in not informing me before I arrived. I explained I did not have my checkbook as I only brought cash for my co-pay, i was then told I could go home and get it, come back and wait for any opening they would get. I scheduled the appt. at a time that my other child was in school and would not be able to come back and wait. I was then informed (again in front of numerous people) that it was my fault for not paying my bill. I would have no problem paying the $200, had a been informed prior, or had I been treated with some respect and not completely humiliated, not once by twice, in front of several other patient. Very unprofessional in my opinion
