Dr Regnier is one of the best doctor I have had - he is definitely is the best dentist. He is professional, friendly, sincere, gentle and patient. Marina and his team are superb. Evelyn and Antonette at the front are always warm and welcoming, and take the time to answer questions and concerns.
Even when I move away I will still come back to him for dental work as long as he practices.

The only problem with Dr. Regnier is that he was not concentrating on what he was doing in my mouth -- he was too busy listening to and responding to conversations in other rooms and in the hallway. At one point, he even decided that the professional next door needed help, and he left me with his assistant.
He was also somewhat condescending - maybe because of my gender and age, or maybe he's like that with everyone. I didn't really need the personal touching -- patting my shoulder.

He is awesome!!! So is his staff. My mom and I have been going there for years, I hope he never retires. He gives the best needles!!!

Nothing hurts with this dentist. He is very gentle with the needles for freezing. He uses sufficient freezing to better the experience. In the past, I have had dentists start work before the freezing set in. As stated in a previous review, he is calm, cool and collected. He appears to have a great relationship with his staff. He is particular. The crown must be a perfect match with the rest of your teeth before he lets you walk away. I would highly recommend him.

Dr.Regnier is an absolutely amazing dentist. He is so kind, gentle, professional and thorough. Twice he has stayed late in order to accommodate mine & my daughter’s dental needs. I can’t recommend or say enough about Dr. Regnier. Just a wonderful dentist & person!

Dr. Regnier and the staff are wonderful. Dr Regnier will explain everything and offer options to suit. I hadn't been to a dentist for over 10 years when I went to him in 2007. I am a scaredy cat and he has done a lot to boost my confidence. I had to have major work done and he encouraged me all the way. Shout out to Evelyn, Marina and Colin, my hygienist.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Regnier since 2008 and we have recommended him to many other friends, all of whom rave about his skillful expertise and kind manner and lovely staff. He has worked on us (we live far from Victoria and can only make it in once or twice a year) until 11 pm at night AND then driven us to our son's place. He works on refugees and folks from social agencies as well, truly a kind and generous professional. Bonus, I am so afraid of needles due to a childhood dentist but Dr. Regnier gives the most painless needles ever and I'm nearly 70 years of age! Colin, Evelyn and Marina are all top-notch as well and we would travel hundreds of miles for the rest of our lives to go to their clinic as no substitutes will ever do for us!
