I have seen a number of Doctors practising at Benchmark Medical, and apart from a locum who was very good, none of the Doctors have been particularly helpful nor understanding. I have been suffering with a range of symptoms over a two year period, and the Doctors were unwilling to explore potential causes fully, dismissing me as having incurable hereditary tendencies - despite no-one in my family suffering the same symptoms! I have finally received what I believe to be the correct diagnosis by visiting a naturopath - who was wonderful. It’s such a relief to know that I am now on the mend - no thanks at all to Benchmark Medical - who have only caused me to spend a fortune with them, and not receive any satisfactory answers.
