I was referred to Dr. Santin as I needed an implant in my front top tooth. Where can I start to try to explain why he is an outstanding oral surgeon! 1. He is knowledgeable and takes it upon himself to teach and help his patients to understand the process and what he is doing. 2. He is patient and does not rush you, answering all your questions and drawing diagrams to help you understand. His staff are kind, friendly and have your comfort in mind. 3. He uses anesthesia that goes so smoothly. I have no bad memories from the 3 times he has put me under for surgery. He has a great pain management program, using Tylenol and advil together, which has done away with any need for narcotics, amazing!! He explains how you are to meticulously follow his directions after the surgery so it will result in total success, which is fine with me! I just can't say enough about this surgeon, his office staff, his work ethic and how he cares for his patients! Oh, and did I mention he's called me after every surgery in the evening to check on me and answer any questions! Thank you Dr. Santin!

Suffered permanent numbness on half of the inside of my lower lip and 4 bottom teeth after a tooth removal in preparation for an implant. Face was badly bruised from chin to ear. At follow up appointments, i felt he was dismissive of my concerns. I was told it would take time to resolve and instructed to be patient. After 3 follow up visit with no improvement, I was told to come back in 6 months. I decided I did not trust him to proceed with the implant. Surgery was 4 years ago and there has been zero resolution of the numbness.

My son had his wisdom teeth removed under anesthesia at this office. The staff had me pull up car and brought my, still asleep, unable to hold his head up, son out of the door, while barely able to stand. His mouth was full of blood. I jumped out of my car and ran around to help, afraid he was going to fall on the concrete. The nurse was barely holding his arm even though he was swaying and stumbling. She acted more bothered than concerned. When I asked the nurse about the bleeding, she rudely said if he would keep spitting out the gauze it would stop. He obviously had no idea what he was doing because he wasn't even able to open his eyes.
They also have you pay upfront before they'll schedule you. I paid a large sum, what they said was my portion, and then received a bill 4 or 5 months later, saying I owed another almost 400 dollars. I called and the billing person told me to disregard the bill, something about their software and writing off the portion insurance didn't pay. Then 5 months after that, that's a full 10 months after surgery, I received another bill stating I owed almost 400 dollars. I called and was treated rudely saying they have no record of the call from 4 or 5 months ago. Basically saying I was lying about what they told me. I decided to mention my son's poor post op care and was told people only complain about their care once they find out they owe money. She dismissed what I was saying by responding that the doctor signs off on all the patients to discharge. Like that was a good excuse for the dangerous situation they put him in. He was in no shape to walk out to a car on concrete. He could have been seriously injured if he would have fell. You could tell by the way they responded, that they have many conversations like this one. I was shocked by how rude they were and felt it was outlandish to bill someone 10 months after surgery. I would never recommend this office. Awful experience.

Didn't numb the area of my mouth. He just shoved the needles in. This guy seems to enjoy putting you in pain. He made the comment, "this is why people should be asleep. His staff is rude. His office isn't clean. I had to wait 45 minutes. Then he had the nerve to ask me to refer family and friends. No way!

LITERALLY WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY DAUGHTERS LIFE. STAFF IS OVER SENSITIVE AND WAS VERY RUDE. MY DAUGHTER STILL HAS BLEEDING, CAN'T EAT, ETC MORE THAN 2 WEEKS AFTER EXTRACTION. HE JUST KEEPS TELLING HER TO TAKE 16 ADVIL AND 8 TYLENOL PER DAY. HER STOMACH IS RUINED. SHE CAN'T EAT ANYTHING, AND NOT ICE WATER IS NOT EVEN POSSIBLE. THEY DON'T SEEM TO CARE. AND THE STAFF WHEN YOU VOICE AN OPINION BECOMES RUDE AND INSENSITIVE. WE USUALLY SIT AND WAIT 40 MINUTES WHEN WE GO, AND UNFORTUNATELY HE DOESN'T ALLOW HER TO SPEAK ABOUT THE PROBLEMS. SHE WAS BLEEDING PROFUSLEY 2 DAYS AGO, AND HE ONLY CARED IF SHE WAS BLEEDING TODAY. THE STAFF IS MORE THAN UNPROFESSIONAL AND FRANKLY I WANT A SECOND OPINION AND AM CONSIDERING SUING FOR THIS HORRIBLE TREATMENT. BEWARE IF YOU CHOSE TO GO HERE. THOSE THAT HAVE HAD GREAT EXPERIENCES...CONSIDER YOURSELF LUCKY!!!!

Horrible doctor!! Pushed Botox and juvederm and had no clue how to use them! Beware of this dentist....he should not be practicing! One star is too many!!!!

We went to Dr. Santin for a second opinion (in regards to a procedure my 6-year old son had to have) after a bad, scary experience with another oral surgeon . Dr. Santin made us feel comfortable and was very reassuring. He and his staff were willing to address all of our questions and concerns. My son's surgery went just as they said it would, and we were beyond grateful for their compassion and professionalism! Thank you, Dr. Santin, Kelly, and all the wonderful staff!

Went there for Botox with a groupon I had. He was running behind schedule and I felt very rushed. I have had Botox many times in the past but this was my first time going to his office. He didn't clean the area with alcohol prior to injections and offered no ice prior to help numb the areas. All the other places I have received Botox it is standard that they do that. He then tried to push several other cosmetic procedures on me! Never returning or recommending!

Really impressed with this very friendly and loving minded physician. Dr. Santin was very punctual in the OR and worked in good speed with finesse to alleviate my needs on 4 occasions including 2 Implants and 2 wisdom teeth removals. Cordial and additive friendship. He will call you after the surgery to affirm you are doing ok. Right doctor for me.

Referred here by my dentist. I found the office staff pleasant and efficient as was Dr . Santin. I had a biopsy of my tongue and all went as I had been told it would and healed well. Dr. did not solicit for cosmetic procedures.
