I was with him last march, he give a report to the work cover saying I have only 2% permanent impairment without checking the strength of my elbow. He just ask me the number of pain that I feel without checking the main problem which is a very poor strength.
Sometimes he interrupted me when I talk.
In his report he said Im accompanied with my wife but that's not true, I was there by my self.

I was told him everything about my elbow and told him that my problem is getting worse than before . But after 10 day when I received his report from work cover I was surprised because in his report said the only 2% impairment and no further treatment needed.
And thats the reason why the work cover stop mh claim.

Because I feel that my elbow really getting worse I went to my GP and ask for a referral for MRI , and yes I was right my elbow is worse than it was. MRI reports say triceps intrasubstance tear 6x6mm..
Now im still suffering elbow pain every day
Stressed because of these problem.

4 months since right shoulder replacement surgery and I am very happy with my new shoulder. Strength is good and so is movement. A wonderful specialist who has made my quality of life,
because of the absence of pain now in my right shoulder so much better. With appreciation to Dr Blenkin and his staff.

Such a wonderful caring doctor. Took time to talk to me in an honest manner outlining options for my care and without rushing me when I had a lot of questions. Surgery was without complication and it is obvious why he is recommended and referred to by other health professionals. He is an expert in the field and just a genuine person with a real attitude of caring for his patients . His secretary was also a delight. Disgustingly rude and unprofessional. My shocking experience with this 'so called specialist' is almost word for word the same as the other complaints on here. For the sake of your health, research this individual and avoid him like the plague.

Saved my finger!!! Brilliant doctor!!! Dr Blenkin corrected the dodgy surgery of another orthopedic surgeon and saved my finger from being amputated. I had a compound fracture from a work related injury and straight after the original surgery to repair it, I had infection. The original surgeon kept me on antibiotics for 18 months for the infection, rather than address the problem. After one consultation with Dr Blenkin, he said I needed immediate surgery to rectify the issue, as I was at risk of bone infection and losing my finger. Turned out the first surgeon had used incorrect suture material and that was the cause of the infection. No amount of antibiotics could have cured it. Dr Blenkin then treated me for bone infection that had started and ultimately saved my finger. Being a working guitarist, I cannot tell you how much that meant to me. I owe this man so much!!!
Highly recommend!!!!

Professional, caring, no rush out the door at appointments, explains thoroughly before and after surgery what to expect. I had a Right Total Shoulder Replacement Reverse in November 2016, from the moment I met Dr Blenkin he was very professional and knowledgeable, both before and after surgery. I can't speak highly enough of Dr Blenkin and his very competent and pleasant staff.

I just had an AC joint reconstruction surgery with DR Blenkin. Very impressed with his knowledge and forwardness telling it how it is. As good as an experience to expect when getting all cut up. Would definitely use him again
