Lansdowne office has the class of people working at the desk that I wouldn't hire to even work in a field. Rude -horrible people- talk bad about others after they leave. They think no one hears their low class mouth. An office is a good as your front entrance.... I won't go back. Why would I pay to be treated poorly? You have to wait 45 mins to get to the dr and them she spends all of 15 minutes with you and she makes it very clear with her body lang that she wants you out.

I was very unhappy after I went to her. I found her uncompassionate and not helpful at all. I definitely agree with the person who mentioned her "oh well" attitude. That is a perfect description. I saw her in Reston. Staff was not an issue. I like Dr Phong Nguyen though he is very busy.

Terrible office staff experience at the Lansdowne location. Rude, unpleasant, disinterested. Wait time of over an hour as well. Dr was just ok. Not worth the pain of the front desk.

I kind of agree with 8/2/09 comment. I fell asleep on the table in the doc's office while waiting for her - nearly an hour after I was called in. Not the only time, either. It was also like pulling teeth to get basic information her staff should have provided me. My preference would be to use someone else.

The doctor, though nice enough, was of no help and did not show compassion for my pain... laughed at it in an "oh well" kind of way. But worse than that, the Leesburg office staff was rude in person and on the phone. Also a 45 minute delay for one appointment was ridiculous as there was no other patient in the office at that time! Would NOT recommend this doctor or her office.

Dr. Gospodinoff is the best Dr. I have seen, ever! She listened, explained my treatment options in plain English and helped me get well again. She is patient, knowledgeable and never rushes through the appointment. I could not have been more pleased.

Dr.G was very kind and listened carefully to my problems and ordered the right tests. She followed me regularly for my condition and helped me with treatments.
