I read those past reviews, I wonder if there about the same dr Grenz. This guy cares,he understands,I understand, and it works. More then that he has helped me ,more then I can say

I seen dr grenz last night at walk in clinic and he had a good bed side manor and seemed concerned. My daughter and me both liked him 😊

As soon as Dr. Grenz entered the room, he was immediately arrogant and condescending. He didn't listen to my problems or seem to care. When I asked a question, he even laughed at me. He was very rude. I would never go back to this doctor. Patients deserve to be treated with some respect.

treated me like I was completely inferior. he was talking at me and not with me. seemed like he just put in the minimal effort, and rushed through my appointment. it felt like he read an article about my issues and just read it back to me.

very mean and rude to people and the nurses.Out of line and needs to be settled down-very verbal!!Downrite rude;gives an opinion before diagnoses and cuts pateints down.Will not go to him or let any family members see him anymore.Have talked with other people and they felt the same way after seeing him.

billing was done incorrectly, i was held responsible for a large bill due to incorrect billing, no communications, pretty high handed and no willingness to discuss or review or amend the way charges were applied, clinic unhelpful also recommend staying away
