Some staffs at the Centenial Ave. location are rude, bureaucratic, impatient, and don't give a dame about the patient. If you have a question about, say, the potential health risk of running out of injection serum but having to wait for one more month before seeing the doctor, her answer is "I don't know, but you have to see the doctor first..." (Thank you bureaucratic idiot! If you don't know, why can't you offer to ask doctor and get back to the patient? Because you don't give a dame about the patient's peace of mind, which you consider none of your business! They perceive their job functions as only to make appointments and collect payments. Anything else are burdensome favors at their mercy to give. )

After 40 minutes of waiting with a 5yo child was told to pay there fees right after seeing the doctor (with all other doctors we receive bills from our insurance).After 60 minutes of waiting I asked how much longer we have to wait and the answer was 'another 15-20 minutes, we send somebody before you because you were on the phone (???!!!)' Couldn't they call my name? We walked out after more than 1 hour waiting.

My family & I have been with Dr. Mumneh for almost 8 years, she is by far the best doctor I have ever come across. She got my son better when no one else could. She has been a shinning light for the health & well being of my family. She is truly one of a kind. I would be lost without. Awesome is all I could say! Dr. Mumneh is the most knowlegable doctor I have come across.

She is amazing. I have been seeing her for 9 years. She is so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. She was closing her office when I called before a trip to Chicago. I told her I wanted to quit smoking and asked for a pill. She told me to come right over to get the prescription. She is the best doctor I have ever had. I recommend her highly to anyone.

I was devastated by seasonal allergies. I tried many kinds of medications and treatments. Nothing worked, and some gave terrible side effects. Dr.Mumneh came up with a solid treatment plan that has allowed me to live a normal life for the past 3 years during spring. Highly recommended.

Very good doctor. I had no idea what was I allergic to or what was really going on. As it turns out, I'm not as allergic as I thought, most of my problems stem from my sinuses while many other doctors kept insisting it was allergies, she shed the light on what was really going on. Great front desk help too! They're all very nice!

I'm very happy with Dr. Mumneh. Besides being knowledgeable, she is patient and she really cares. Unlike a lot of doctors who are always in a rush to get to the next patient, she took the time to answer all my questions and addressed any potential concern that I might have. She is my all time favorite doctor. I have been Dr. Mumneh's patient for 5 years and I have never had a problem. She answers as many questions as you throw at her, and if she doesn't know the answer, she will find it for you. She is very personable and has fantastic bedside manner. After my first visit, she discovered I had a deviated septum and set me up with an Ears Nose and Throat DR in 24 hours. She is a dr who truly cares and does everything in her power to give the best to her patients. If you need an allergist, she is the best!
