I agree with the other poster. This guy is a real arrogant and rude one. However, he is the lesser of two evils. The seemingly quiet old man Dr. Caira is sneaky and way to fresh to my daughter during the whole visit. What a shame.

Sarcastic, rude, uncaring , probably the worst bedside manner I have ever seen in a Dr. He is continuously rude to the nursing staff as well. I wouldn't take my worst enemy to this guy. Medically, he might know his stuff (not even sure about that) but since he makes it pretty clear he thinks everyone on the planet except him are idiots it is pretty hard to tell if he might be a good Dr. underneath the cold attitude he demonstrates.

This physician was handling multiple patients at once, with little assistance from staff. He was courteous, patient, kind, and reassuring. His diagnosis was accurate and remedies worked well.

He is an extemely sarcastic man who asks "what do you want me to do about it" I finally told him I was sorry to have bothered him and walked out (I may have been a little sarcastic too) Not helpful to me at all.

have had the experience to see this dr. on two occasions...one during a miscarriage where he asked me what i wanted him to do about it, and the other when my husband went into emerg. with two collapsed disks in his back...dr. cathie sent him home with ATIVAN...we went to smithers and he was taken care of there, and flown for surgury in Vancouver on his back. Definitely wouldn't recommend this dr.
