I could not be more thrilled with the care I received from Dr. Joe and his staff. After neglecting my teeth for nearly a decade, I tasked them with restoring my oral health, giving me a beautiful smile, and doing it in a way that I could afford. Best experience I have had at the dentist. (Especially speaking as someone that has always said I would rather get 50 shots than go to the dentist!)I had not been in well over a year and knew I was due for a cleaning and wanted to try a more advanced dentist than the one I have always used. I was referred to him from one of my friends and couldn't be more thankful that she told me about him. The entire staff that I met was very nice and welcoming, (which is a big deal to me). I felt as if Dr. Joe really was there to help me, and not just do anyhting and everything that costs money. I could tell he takes pride in what he does and is sincere about it. BIGGEST PLUS to my visit though is how good he was at the numbing shots and how, for the first time, I wasn't in pain during the work he had to do.

I thought this guy was great. He told me everything he was going to with my treatment. He explained the cost and the number of appointments before we ever started. Very clean and up to date office. His staff was very friendly. I am going to take my entire family to see him. I would definitely recommend him to be your dentist.

I am not accusing this office of being dishonest but will say that the work they said was "needed" on a healthy mouth (their diagnosis) was in the multiple hundreds. Additionally, I think it is preposterous that this office would charge a patient $35 for cancelling, even with more than 24 hours notice and through no fault of the patient. I find this incredibly hypocritical when appointments can't be made at the patient's preference sometimes without a month wait so clearly they can fill spots. Why not keep a 'Waiting List' like other offices so that when there is a cancellation, they have people to call to fill the time immediately? They're nice enough but I will never go back.

I was w/ Dr. for 11 years; I invested $31,000 in bridges, crowns, root canals, cleanings, etc. My smile looked great! A crown came off and I had to plead to get an appointment! It was so strange I took my next cleaning elsewhere. Xrays revealed long-term decay under bridges and crowns that JOE IGNORED FOR YEARS! I have had to have 5 upper teeth pulled; bone transplanted; 2 lower teeth pulled and 14 new crowns + implants = $55,000! I trusted this dentist for years only to lose most of my teeth!!! I had three consultations after 11 years with Dr. Joe. All three were shocked. They had never seen a patient left in such a poor condition. $55,000 and one year to repair the damage done by Dr. Joe's disregard.

office staff and billing staff changes frequently. Dr. Joe told me I needed a crown on a tooth that didn't bother me I said ok he fitted me for the crown I was too come back in 2 weeks during that time I the tooth he was going to crown started to cause me terrible pain I went back to his office andwas told I now need a root canal on the same tooth. I know he messed with that tooth/nerve so that I would have to have a root canal, I had already exhausted my insurance benefits for the year so now I have a BIG bill for a tooth that wasn't giving me any probs until Dr. Joe worked on it.

Dr. Isaacson and his staff are the most professional and caring staff i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Dr. Joe's bed side manoeris second to none. He took the time to explain each procedure and what to expect. His staff made me feel right at home. I have had dental problems for many years. After using Dr. Joe I would not trust my smile to any other dentist.

I have been going to Dr. Isaacson for nearly 15 years and I have had excellent service and care. He is very careful not to let you feel pain during a procedure. The latest treatment was a loose abutment on a two year old implant; he drilled through the tooth tightened it and refilled the opening very efficiently. In addition, he is replacing two very old fillings with caps that look beautiful. His staff is fun and friendly, but very helpful and honest with their dealings. I would recommend Dr. Isaacson for any family.
