Her hygenists do all the work, she barely spends time with the patients. She replaced a crown that was done by another dentist and was not giving me any problems whatsoever but told me it had to be replaced. The crown was molded by the hygenist. The new crown popped out twice within a year and now I'm told that the root is cracked, won't be able to replace the crown and it will need pulled. And also was told that I most likely would not be able to have a replacement tooth. I am getting a second opinion.

Even though we moved to columbus ohio we still travel back to Dr. Stephanie for cleaning, checkups and problems she is the best around and our whole family loves having her as our dentist.

I have been going to Dr. Aldrich for over 14 years, right after she started. She's always fast, efficient, and answers any question that I have for her. I went to another dentist before I found her and they wanted to replace some of my old fillings. I was in no pain. I came to Dr. Aldrich and she took radiographs and showed me that the fillings still looked good. That was over 14 years ago. We've only replaced two of those fillings in the mean time. You'd think that if there was something wrong, I would be in pain by now. I'm not sure what these other people's problems were with Dr. A, but I know for me and my family, I trust her and her opinion. She's never steered me wrong! I would recommend her to anyone, anytime! Being in the public business myself, sometimes a misunderstanding can lead to a nasty review. I hate that. It's immature and not accurate. I just happened to be looking for another MD and looked on this site and couldn't believe the three bad ratings that these people gave to my favorite dentist! Don't listen to them. Go see Dr. A. She's a straight shooter and won't do you wrong!

I had been going to Dr. Aldrich for many years with regular bi-annual cleanings and care, i thought! A year ago I had to have 5 cavities filled. I needed a follow up because I was having discomfort with one of the fillings and was charged an emergency visit charge. That's ridiculous! A year after the 5 fillings were done I was informed I needed two root canals, on teeth she filled a year earlier. I also found out I needed three more fillings and that I may need oral surgery for bone deterioration from gum disease that has been present for years. Dr. Aldrich rarely spent more than a few minutes after the hygienist would finish cleaning my teeth. Her practice of "keeping an eye on small abscesses" proved to be very detrimental and costly since I have left her. Find another dentist if you value your dental health!

I was a patient of Dr. Aldrich's for five years. After suspecting that they were not addressing various decay issues in my mouth, I switched to another provider. I was right. I needed over $7000 worth of work. I did back to back appointments...one with Dr. Aldrich and one with my new Dr. Dr. Aldrich was too busy to see me at my cleaning but her staff didn't see anything concerning despite several areas of visible decay. When I visited the new doctor, they couldn't believe I had just had my teeth cleaned the day before because...they weren't clean. Skip this dentist and pick another

It was my first visit to Dr. Aldrich. She spent no more than two minutes with me! She glanced in my mouth, then disappeared. She didn't even imply she was finished before walking out, which is unfortunate because I had several questions to ask her.

What an awesome dental experience. I thought Dr. Aldrich was very helpful, very punctual, and very gentle on my mouth. She was very conservative with her treatment plan for me and has never prescribed me anything i didnt actually need. I think she is a great dentist and i would recommend her to anyone and their families!

I went to this office for years before visiting another dentist. The staff was always nice but I learned after going to another dentist that my mouth was FULL of cavities and they never noticed them?? I went to this office one day for a cleaning/checkup and was told nothing was wrong and to another dentist the next day and told I had SIX cavities! The new dentist had high powered cameras to show me that indeed I did have the cavities...they were visible on the surface of the teeth and not between teeth. I had asked them to repeatedly check some of these spots for years and was always told it was just stains even though it felt rough on my tongue. The new dentist also x-rayed a crown I had done at this office and showed me how it was rough and uneven below the gumline an indicated it would probably need replaced! I will never go back to this office after discovering my care was so poor during the 4 years I went here.
