The woman at the front desk (black and yellow hair) is rude and unprofessional. There is never an opening when you need one. They are in the habit of sending you to their other office that is also an urgent care. Be careful, if you don't get an appointment the charges are outrageous! Doctor is always checking his text messages. The doctor also has an ongoing stream of medical students who are in there with you. Prescriptions have been messed up many times causing long delays. Not the office it use to be.

Very hard to get an appt, unless you schedule it for two weeks after you get sick.
