I requested to have a copy of my medical records. I was there on the 4th of dec and told them everything i needed. On the 5th i got a call from the office letting me know that the records were ready for pick up. When i was on the phone with them i asked them about the contents of the folder to make sure that everything was in there. I was told everything was in there. I had my husband pick up my medical records since he works in the area and it was easier to get at the time. When he was there, he told them that the file seem light and asked if everything was in there. They continued to say yes everything is in there. When my husband got home i went through the file. They completely lied about the contents of the folder. All that was in the folder was doctors notes that you cant even read. I called them and told them there was not even half of what i needed in the folder. They continued to lie about the contents in the folder. I got a hold of my insurance and they told me i had a right to have a copy of all my records esp since i paid 25 dollars for them. I feel like i got ripped off for nothing. They told me to call my doctors office back and to let them know i have the right to have all the paperwork. I got nowhere. My insurance is doing a compliant, but im not sure its really going to do anything. I have had problems with this office and doctor for the past 4 years i have been seen my them. i was there on the 4th of dec and the doctor failed to do hes job as well. I asked him for information about the past procedures i had in the past regrading my gastroenterologist and he didnt want to give me the information. Before then i called my insurance for the information but the furthest they could go back was dec of 2016. They told me to talk to my pcp. I asked him 3 times for the information and he tried to walk out on me. That was when i was asking for my medial records and the contents i needed. This isnt the first time i had problems with Mr. hansen. To get an appt its at least a 6 week wait just to be seen. so if i need him asap im gonna just have to suffer, which i had many times. Once your there for your appt, they make you wait an hour in the lobby, call you in and you wait another hour for the doctor to see you. I have many medical issues and came to him looking for help. Every single time, i wait that long and he will only see me for 5 mins, this has been going on for 4 years now. I have gotten no one with my health just getting worse. I have to pull teeth just to get somewhere. It took many times going there for him to finally refer to places. Once i finally get the referral, those doctors tell me to talk to my primary, when i do he tells me what do they say. I tell him they said to talk to you, he just walks away. he doesn't say anything, just walks away. i would say about 10 mins later a nurse will come in and tell me that i could leave. I dont get the help i need or any reason why he just leaves. Its gotten to the point where i have been suffering and haven't gotten any better just worse. I just go to the referrals he has sent me to and urgent care when i need help since i cant get the help i need from him anyway. When i first starting going to him, he would just through different medications at me. i told him from the beginning i want help, not pills, there just gonna mask what im feeling and im not gonna get better. There were times i even told him they weren't working and just making me feel worse and he would just give me the same there over and over.

I have seen Dr. Hansen for medication refills, occasional illnesses and random injuries over the years and he's always been very kind and helpful with whatever the situation was. I have always found him to be polite and he has successfully treated my issues every time.

Dr. Hansen has been our family doctor for over 6 years. He has the rare combination of knowledge and bed side manner. Dr. Hansen stays up to date on various medical concerns, has a very well considered opinion and rarely is stumped. We've always been impressed with his knowledge. He is the perfect doctor.

i'm not sure that dr hansen is a real doctor, he could be impersonating a doctor. his office refuses to provide past medical records to our new out of state doctors-he is afraid to let other doctors see his incompetance. use this doctor at last resort

I would completely agree with the other comments made. The staff are not very friendly at this location. Sadly, Dr. Hansen seems too afraid to come near or touch his patients in any way. His treatments and care are lacking. I would not recommend this doctor or this clinic.

The only positive thing was that I was able to make an appointment and see him quickly, which should have been a sign to me that he had no clients because he was a terrible doctor! The problem was not addressed completely, he did one EKG test and that was that. So, great, my heart is fine. But what is the actual problem? He didn't feel the need to do any more tests, no x-ray, no blood work, and told me to just take advil for the pain. I still don't know what the problem is. I also needed some immunizations for travelling out of country. He gave me 2 things, Hep A and tetanus, and it turns out i need a bunch more that are very common and obvious to other doctors I talked to after the fact. Now I have to pay for another doctor visit to basically start over. His staff was okay I guess, although the nurse's technique was questionable.

i went to this doctor, whom really made my condition feel like i was a lepor, when he seen my wrist, he backed up and hum and hawed about it then gave only a topical to put on it, turned out that i asked dr.vernal if i also needed a oral antibiotic to help treat the rash as well, he said no. his demeanor made me feel like i was just time, and time is money, so out i went feeling like my husband, we felt like i wasn't treated like i was cared about. also the staff reaalllly sucked! i had to speak to the site manager just to tell her how unhappy we were with her staff as well as the doctor. they even checked my culture as a throat culture when it was for my wrist! needless to say the site manager was kind, she asked me to come back to the office and she personally will see to it that i see another doctor. i am glad after some coaxing i did go. turned out the other doctor actually knew my primary doctor, they worked out of the same office together.he was the answer to my prayers and he cared!!!!!
