Dr Austin attended to me in the Emergency Department at Richmond Hospital on January 20, 2024, after a fall at the airport, which required stitches. She quickly assessed and attended my wound with such ease, patience and grace, sent me for x-rays, and made me feel so comfortable. I met Dr. Austin in the ER last night. She was very compassionate and empathic throughout my whole experience in spite of being very busy with lots of other patients. I really appreciated her comprehensive assessment and the way she took the time to explain the test results to me. My first interaction with Dr Austin was in 2001! Today 16 years later , we where very fortunate to have Dr Austin as our ER Doctor at Richmond Hospital again! Her care, knowledge and going the extra mile doing that little extra thing , to care for you, to make you comfortable! An excellent physician ! We called ourselves lucky today to see Dr Austin again after all this time! Truly thank you!
