Horrible experience with this provider. Medical records are very disorganized & authorizations are poorly completed & followed up on by staff. Long wait times past appointment time. Poor scheduling practices, with Dr arriving an hour plus after scheduled appointment time. Staff is RUDE! Manager, Tammy was very unprofessional during several interactions, providing no assistance & false information.

We got referred to him by our pediatrician and our experience with him before surgery for my son was good but after the surgery it was horrible my son had hamsprings lengthening surgery and the whole experience with that was so horrible the first week after surgery we were at the ER 2 times do to my son's cast being too tight the first time we went to the ER my sons leg looked purple and they cut about a inch and a half off of the cast and he had a small cut on the cack of the tigh and we went home and we notice on one of his legs it looked like it was cutting again so we went with dr. Turner and they cut it down to almost to his knee and it looked horrible the cut was so big we where so mad they said it should look better in a few days so we go home and and I forgot to mention my son is a special need child he can't talk or walk. So he crys when he is in pain, this whole time he would cry night and day, he felt a little relieved after they cut it again but after we got home he started crying again so we call Dr Turner and he said that it will get better but to be honest the way his leg looked we couldn't wait no longer for our next appointment so we took him to the ER again and it looks so bad that they took off the cast and the one looks so bad it was much worse than we thought the doctor said I don't know why he let it get this bad and the cast was way way too tight the sad thing about everything that when we went to him was to fix my son's legs because he was not able to stretch him anymore so you do the surgery so you could be able to stretch the legs but he ended up leaving them worse then what they were and my son's legs were both out of socket and he did not fix that he said it was pointless to fix it cuz my son don't walk anyways. so we decided not to take my son to him anymore because it was the worst experience ever and my son is just been so fussy ever since then it's been a month since the both of the cats have been out and the wond still looks horrible so we went to take my son to therapy and they recommended us to go to Shriners so we're going to go there and he's going to have to actually get the same surgery done and get his hips back in placemy son shouldn't have to go threw another surgery so yeah that was just a horrible experience never ever again and I just hope nobody has to go through this that goes to Turner

I saw 9 doctors before Dr Turner and none of them could figure out what was wrong turns out I had necrosis at the hip Dr Turner was able to figure this out in about 7 minutes and have me scheduled for surgery about 3 days later. Its been 10 years now and I'm still going by quality of life has been fantastic thank you Dr Turner for giving me my life back.

He did my labrum cleaned out all kinds of bone spurs taking time to get moving again but he left very little scaring and the pain was less than he told me it would be its coming back great but he nos his****. Would definitely recommend him he just doesn't deal with you on the recovery part as much because he has it all set up and most patients are over concerned so I wouldn't sweat the people that complain he's awesome and sets up the therapy that will work for you trust me I seen a lot of doctors the good ones are straight and to the point and mark Turner don't beat around the bush great doctor

turner is a good surgeon... your surgery will be done correctly. unfortunately his staff is incompetent. they are unable to maintain a punctual schedule and some of them are just unpleasant.

Even if you have the 1st appointment of the day you will wait for at least 1.5hrs. His staff tells you to expect it. His partner is just as bad. Then they act as if they don't even hear what you say. It is very frustrating.
