Very unprofessional. Does not care to discuss medical tests or addressing patient concerns. Simply pushes you over to optromisit who then gives you a new number for glasses and then pushes you over to eye counter to sell you glasses and leses. Do not see this doctor or visit this clinic. Very rude and unprofessional.

Reported a serious reaction to drops he gave me saying that I had pressure. His answer was to continue using them. Did not suggest coming in to see him first. Got a second opinion and I do not have pressure and do not need drops at all. If I had continued using these drop I would have had serious eye problems.

I have been to many doctors in my lifetime and Dr. Henen is one of the best. The wait may sometimes be a little longer than expected because he may have to spend additional time with He's always explained everything to me fully and made sure I understood what he would do. I recently had cataract surgery on one eye and my second will be done next week. He is friendly and has a good sense of humour. I recommend him 100%.

Good wait time compared to others; one hour the most. Staff is great. Been seeing him since 2009. See unbelievable patient's in that office, especially when wait time is involved and showing the health card. PEOPLE, that is the policy. Show your health card at every visit and just listen and confirm when they confirm your address and tel.#. AND, there's always a wait time.

Staff is great. Friendly and smiley faces . Compared to other specialists office, Dr. Henen’s wait time is pretty good. What I’m about to say is not about the staff in this office but other patient’s. I’m a patient but at the same time , patient’s in this office are unbelievable. I was in there today and this lady went back upstairs complaining she got a ticket, irate lady. There are signs in the building to get a parking pass (1- the door before you come in, inside the building & in the elevator). These people are ignorant don’t know how to observe. Then we have a lady at the same time commenting how the security guard is “jobless.” It doesnt’t matter what your job is, lady. As long it puts food on the table and supports the family. Besides, we don’t know about this person and we shouldn’t judge just because of their job.

Dr. HENIN INFORMED ME I WOULD BE BLIND IN A FEW YEARS DUE TO MACULAR DEGENERATION, IT WAS SAID JUST LIKE THAT NOTHING TO SOFTEN THE BLOW! LUCKILY I ASKED MY FAMILY DOCTOR TO GET ME A 2ND OPINION, I WENT DOWN TO TORONTO GENERAL WHERE I WAS TOLD THEY COULDNT SEE ANY MACULAR DEGENERATION, I THEN WENT FOR A 3RD OPINION AND THANKFULLY HE ALSO SAID I WAS OK! SO IF YOU HAVE TO SEE HIM, BE AWARE HE MIGHT NOT TELL YOU THE CORRECT INFORMATION

First of all be prepared to wait for at least 1hr before you get called in.I have no complains about that as it can happen when you wish to see a medical specialist.
I have been a patient of Dr Henen for over 2years. I find him knowledgeable but he can be quite abrupt and on my visit yesterday he did not bother to hide his impatience and made me feel unwanted to the extent that I could not bring myself to ask questions relevant to the medications I had been prescribed prior to this visit.

Dr.Henen is an excellent doctor. The wait at the office is very great compare to other specialist office. The ladies at the front is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Dr.Henen to anyone who needs an excellent knowledgeable ophthalmologist .
