Staff is very rude. They don't call pharmacy with prescriptions at times. They have very bad attitudes.

He is a good doctor but his staff is poor and downright arrogant. At first i liked the doctor a lot but he became too impatient with my questions when i was ill.

apparently for this office you need to know in advance when you are going to be sick as staff make it very difficult to get an appt. office manager is rude and intimidating. getting feed back on test results takes much effort on the part of the patient. i have been told on numerous occassions test were fine only later to be told that they were not and i needed follow up. i am a nurse and find the way office staff treat their patients totally unacceptable. unfortunately i felt forced to change doctors not because of the doctor who i like and think is a good doctor but because of his staff.

In the beginning we found him to be very nice.If you are ill and try to make a appointment to get in to see him its like winning lotto. There is one person on staff that is just rude. She runs the office and is just mean. The other girls are very sweet. My husband was ill for months before he received the right treatment. We have found another Doctor that has everything that this office is missing. Glad we left his practice.

Doctor Byrns is very friendly and knowledgable.
