I have been to a dentist all my life and I have never encountered such poor tact this dentist has. I survived there just a short period of time and during the few visits in the office I noticed it was a pattern that the dentist always seem to be in a bad mood and every time I left I felt depressed. She does all the cleaning as well as the other services and is very quick and rough with seemingly little care for a patient's concerns. She treated me like I was a little child and would act annoyed when I try to explain myself such as turning her head and an aggravated way and wanting me to shut up. I simply went to this person because nobody was ever in the waiting room and I was able to get the appointments that I wanted at the time I wanted. I have now realized that it's better to wait and a more professional environment then to endure an appointment at any time but to be treated with disrespect. Initially I assumed her mannerism was because she just had a bad day but when this continued I knew it was an unbelievable character trait that needs adjustment. I would never return to this dentist and caution anyone considering even if you get A quick appointment.

The front office staff was very helpful. I was told that I could not go back with my 11 year old daughter. Red flag. When I got back to see the Dentist, she gave me a firm handshake and welcome but from then on it was down hill. I can only describe her as having poor bedside manner. She asked a question and didn't wait for me to finish, blamed parents for her rule "parents can not come back with their child because I find the parents caused most of the drama". During our discussion, she rolled her eyes, was overly dramatic and unprofessional. She did everything but twirl her neck. No thanks!

I am searching for a dentist for my child and came across Dr. Bingham's name which made me remember a horrible experience several years ago. I chose her because she was close to my house and I had left tooth pain and was told I needed a root canal and several caps to replace old filings that were deteriorating. After $4,500 later, a nonpersonable dentist who was very heavy handed, and who gives numbness shots in the roof of your mouth (extremely painful), I never went back. Long story short and over a year later, I got an abscess under two of the crowns and all the work she had done had to be redone over the years by another dentist. What a waste of money, but when your in pain you are at the mercy of someone else. I wasn't very surprised at the some of the other comments. I am sure some people have good experiences - maybe that was her on a good day, honestly, I would never send a child to her.

I am fortunate I did not get to experience this dentist. Although, my insurer (CIGNA) does not require my SSN to file a claim, upon trying to schedule an appointment, they told me that they would not see a patient unless they provide the SSN. Nothing more to say. After all the evidence of identity theft reported from health care providers, this group is forcing you to provide your SSN, even when they don't need it. It is an indication of the disregard for the patient's best interest and protection. Of course, I gladly cancelled my appointment. And now I see reviews reporting other problems. Thank you.

What a horrible dentist. Parents beware, the reason why she doesn't allow parents to be with their kids is because she is so rude, obnoxious, and abusive, she doesn't deserve to be a dentist.

My daughter and I went to this dentist one time, and one time only. The staff was very polite and punctual, however, the dentist was extremely rough, somewhat rude and appeared to be in a hurry to get us in and out of her office. Going to the dentist is usually an apprehensive time for most people, however, my daughter and I have very good oral hygiene and habits, so that has never been the case for us. This wasn't a good experience for us, but perhaps Dr. Bingham was having a bad day.

Dr. Bingham was by far the best dentist I've ever had. She was extremely knowlegable and answered every question I had in a professional manner. It was a painless visit and quick too. I'd never had a tooth pulled so quickly and it happened so fast and with such ease, I didn't even realize it was out. I had some horror stories in the past, but no more. She is also the most down to earth dentist around. Her staff was professional on an above and beyond level from the first phone call to the visit itself, right down to the check out. I'd recommend her to any and everyone. Thank you for a pleseant experience
